Brilliant customer service but bad beans
Brilliant customer service and lovely website. All easy to navigate and delivery was super quick with great packaging. Unfortunately the beans were not good—they were perhaps burnt? But the taste was awful. I tried several different grinds on my Niche, but every cup tasted like instant. These were decaf beans, so I'm not sure if their caff is better. Sorry!

We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy the Decaf beans. We do roast our decaf a little darker than others, so we achieve a depth of flavour despite the lack of caffeine. However, it certainly should not taste as you've described so rest assured, we are looking into it.

Great coffee, great value and really love it when you get a cheeky pack of biscotti. House, classic and decaf are brilliant but the specialty coffee is absolutely excellent!
