MHouse Solutions have been providing me with services for the past 10 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and reliability of their services. They provide highly efficient and trustworthy services at very reasonable prices. Whenever I have had any issues, the team has gone out of their way to help me out and Faisal Sattar has been an indispensable asset to MHouse.

He has provided me with an attentive and professional level of service from the very start. He is always willing to go the extra mile and help me with any query or problem I have. His technical knowledge, professionalism and commitment to customer service have been a great asset to MHouse.

The team at MHouse have always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They have provided me with an excellent level of customer service and have always strived to ensure that my needs and expectations were met. I've dealt with M-House solutions for over 7 years now. Anything to do with Epos systems, ESel's, stock management tools and Handheld devices. Fantastic company to deal with. As you'll be aware, no I.T products are perfect, and whether you buy Apple or Microsoft you will always have some sort of issue. The real difference comes from the level of customer support you get. I can honestly say the level of service has been outstanding and I wouldn't recommend any other provider.

For over 20yrs used same epos system untill they were sold off. Tried one of the biggest companies out there using latest tech to reduce my work load but after 11 month looked elsewhere as it caused me more hours of work than ever. Came across MHouse. Best thing ever. Meesa great visiting us to discuss what we needed and what they could do for us. Along with her and Simon head engineer with us every step. We kept our hardware they installed software on our tills and back office pc quick and easy. System is so robust and easy to use with so much time saving ways to create,monitor stock and do so many different reports to use and help operate our business. Staff love how the tills work and look. Buttons so bright,well laid out, with time spent by them meeting and listening to our staff on how they could be designed to help navigating for us when serving customers. Simon the Head engineer is very professional and helpful nothing is a problem for him. Being able to dial in and resolve or train us to get the best. Their free phone backup service is 2nd to none 24/7 Go get a demo you will be impressed.

Mpos are always so quick to fix any problems that we may have or may arise.

Mpos does what it says on the box and much more. Integration is important for me and this is what MPos excels at. Thanks Faisal, Simon Ross and other members of the team.

Great customer service, very helpful with setting up and always available to support and advise for any issues, seems like they really know what retailers needs are Going by the package they provide.
