A great service and great product. We were looking for a good quality product with a quick turn around and this is exactly what we got. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We ordered branded eco bottles and cups. The items look really great, and Kyle and team were great to work with.

We had a very last minute request for some water bottles needed for an event and only had 3 working days to get them delivered. I called thinking it would be an impossible ask but Kyle was amazing! A huge thank you to him and the team for such a quick turn around. The bottles were great and made it to the venue on time. Disaster averted thanks to Kyles amazing customer service. Thank you!

This company doesn’t supply replacement lids. I contacted them as the slider on the cup I have has come away which renders a travel cup ineffective as coffee spills on me and my things

Update, company has contacted me and offered to send replacement lid.

Great to work with this company who provided a fantastic service from beginning to end. Really helpful staff and fantastic turn around time to ensure we received the eco bottles well in advance of our event. the bottles are great, really robust, well finished and the logos have been extremely well placed exactly as per the mock ups provided.

Great, personable service. The company created and delivered a really great product, and did it quickly too. The design process was also brilliant - the team put together options for us to choose from, and were really helpful in ensuring we had a good quality logo on the bottle. Found online and ended up ordering 100 of the Thermal bottle units for an exhibition. I was very impressed with the sales team, who are very professional and supportive. When I placed the actual order, they expedited quickly to meet my deadline and when the items arrived they exceeded expectations. Super smart looking bottles, our logo and slogan look fantastic on them and they are a top quality item. The presentation bamboo bag and environmental messages (planting trees for every item ordered), is a great touch.

Really love the cup - especially the green credentials of planting trees - and great service too! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the unnecessary carry bag... coukdnt you just wrap it in a biodegradable paper or similar? I can't imagine anyone would keep or use the bag!

Received this bottle from my employer and I am super happy with it. Have other bottles that say they keep drinks hot....they don't!! This bottle keeps your drinks superhot, perfect for a day out on the moors in this nippy weather.
