Hi George, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t completely happy with your purchase. However, we do feel this review is a little unfair. The exact measurements were clearly stated in the listing, allowing buyers to compare them with a similar item they already own before purchasing. As you’ve purchased from us multiple times previously without any issues, it’s disappointing that after one sizing issue—which is ultimately subjective—you’ve chosen to leave a 3-star review rather than contacting us so we could help. We’re always happy to assist if something isn’t quite right and hope you’ll consider updating your review to better reflect the overall service you received.
