Really unhelpful service. Said it would take 2-5 days to post, it took over 10 days! I had to email numerously, the first time they tried to give me a size 6 instead of size 5 telling me it would fit better- they clearly didnât have the stock but took my order anyway. Then when I finally got the items, the box was ripped and battered, the shoes were soaking wet and they left the label on from office; they got the shoes for £100 and sold them to me for £185! An £85 mark up! Completely unacceptable from start to finish, I donât recommend purchasing from this store. Iâve since contacted them about how unhappy I am before writing the review and theyâve ignored me
