What I liked was that the ads still looked like they belonged to our practice. They weren't loud or discount heavy and I felt comfortable having our name attached to the creative.

Ryan and the team has made this transition experience so easy. They are so knowledgeable & helpful with coming up with ideas to grow our business.

I run a wellness focused practice in addition to aesthetics, and I wanted the marketing to reflect that. The team took time to understand which services mattered most to us instead of forcing everything into one med spa template. Our campaigns now feel more connected to what we actually offer. That has made the process feel much more personal to the business.

I really value the coaching/consultant aspect of this company. For us, they’re actually there to help us grow our skill sets across the board while they also managing our ads really well.

My experience at Mr Med Spa has been fantastic. I have hired multiple agencies and never once have I gotten what they offer. They don't just run our ads, but they have a guy Robert that coaches both my team and me every week. I never realized how valuable coaching could be and how much I needed it. Especially coming from someone that has built a very successful spa. Every time Ive hired an agency I have had an account manager guiding me but they never had run a spa themselves. Mr Med Spa has people on their team that know the spa industry and pour that knowledge into their clients. They run our ads, they book appointments, they run ads for multiple services, and then the coaching. If you have hired multiple agencies and just feel like something has been missing the coaching is the missing link. I feel more in control of my business than I ever have.

We have changed agencies a few times because everything always seemed to come back to getting cheaper leads. That was never really our goal. We wanted patients who valued the practice and were willing to invest in proper treatment. The focus here has been much closer to that.

I came in mainly wanting better Meta campaigns, but we ended up changing quite a bit about how our treatments were presented too. That helped us stop leaning so heavily on promotional pricing. The new patient conversations feel more focused on treatment goals instead of just asking about the cheapest option. That has been a positive shift for the practice.

Mr Med Spa is an incredible team, especially Ryan! If you have been considering, DONT wait! I wish I would have found them earlier! Your business will undoubtedly scale up! I am starting out as a very small business and the things they have taught me are business changing! If you have any doubts the investment is completely worth it! My coach is extremely accountable and time and time again shows up for not only my business but myself as the owner! He cares personally about my businesses success and also holds me accountable to making sure we stay on course!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience so other business owners can make an informed decision. I enrolled in Mr. MedSpa because I was looking for a true done-for-you patient acquisition system for my nurse-led medical wellness practice. During the sales process, I understood that the program included AI and human appointment setters, professionally managed advertising, and a structured system designed to help me acquire new patients.

I paid the $2,500 program fee on July 8, 2026. Although the program advertised a 7-day risk-free trial, my onboarding did not begin until July 13,which meant a significant portion of the 7-day trial period had already passed before implementation even started.

The agreement also advertised a performance guarantee with several eligibility requirements. One of those requirements stated that clients must "launch all campaigns as directed by the company." My understanding was that following the company's implementation instructions was necessary to remain eligible for that guarantee.

During onboarding with Ryan on July 13, he sounded helpful, and communicated that appointments will be booked on my calendar. However, during our follow-up meeting on July 20, I learned that the implementation strategy was different from what I had expected. Instead of directing prospects to my introductory treatment offer, Ryan instructed me to switch to offering free consultations. He also explained that I would need to personally call my leads or hire an in-house appointment setter to follow up with them.

This was confusing because my understanding before purchasing was that the program included AI and human appointment setters to assist with lead follow-up. I did not expect that I would need to build my own internal appointment-setting process almost immediately after onboarding.

What made this especially difficult was the structure of the performance guarantee. One of the eligibility requirements states that clients must "launch all campaigns as directed by the company." At that point, I felt I had only two choices:

Follow the new strategy of offering free consultations and personally calling leads (or hiring my own appointment setter), even though that differed from what I believed I had purchased.
Decline those directions and risk becoming ineligible for the performance guarantee because I would no longer be following the company's required implementation.

From my perspective, that left me in a position where I could not fairly evaluate the service under the expectations I originally had when I enrolled.

After recognizing what I believed to be a material difference between the service I expected and the implementation I was receiving, I canceled the program on July 22, 2026 and requested a refund. My refund request was denied, and I was charged the full $2,500, despite raising my concerns shortly after onboarding and within a relatively short period after payment.

My concern is with the gap between the expectations created during the sales process and the implementation I experienced. If the program requires business owners to personally call leads, hire their own appointment setters, or significantly change their offer after onboarding, I believe those expectations should be made unmistakably clear before a client commits to a $2,500 investment.

For anyone considering this program, I recommend asking these questions before signing:

Does the AI and human appointment Setter handle lead follow-up independently, or will I still need to call every lead myself?
Will I be expected to hire my own appointment setter?
Can my offer or sales process be changed after onboarding?
When does the 7-day trial actually begin: on the payment date or on the first onboarding session?
If I disagree with the implementation strategy, does that affect my eligibility for the performance guarantee?

I recognize that other businesses may have had positive experiences, and this review reflects my own. My hope is that Mr. MedSpa will improve transparency during the sales and onboarding process so future clients clearly understand what is included, what responsibilities remain on their side, and how the performance guarantee works before making a significant financial commitment.

Mr Med Spa is an absolute MUST if you own a Med Spa and are trying to scale!!!

Hiring Mr. Med Spa has been, without question, one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business. We have nearly doubled our practice in just a few months, and the growth has been nothing short of transformational.

Mr Med Spa isn’t just another marketing agency, they are a part of our team. They care about our business as if it’s their own, and that level of commitment is impossible to find. Mr Med Spa knows the med spa industry inside and out. They understand what actually drives growth, what attracts high-quality patients, and how to build a practice that’s positioned to scale. They don’t guess. They know.

I can say with complete confidence that Mr. Med Spa is our business partner for life. As we continue to grow and prepare to open our next location, I wouldn’t even consider doing it without them. They are an extension of our practice in every sense of the word.

Update! I had a lady pm me on FB. Telling me she seen my review on Mr Med Spa " Thieves that prey on people loosing or having problems with thier med spa" they took her money. Had the zoom call with Justin. Justin told her to pay the 2500.00 & then he'll send contract with details. She asked why she couldn't review the contract first. Justin wouldn't send it until he stole her money. She received the same exact transaction with him as I. She gave the money. The contract was a totally different narrative then what was discussed with Justin. Justin and his team were to do all of the marketing & promised clients or money guaranteed refunded. The contract had us meaning the lady who contacted me doing all of the marketing & doing all the work. And if we didn't do every single thing they said we had to do. We'd be in breach of contract & would take our money and delete all work we were suppose to do. I wouldn't be in my Aesthetics room with my clients! This contract was unreasonable & insane. Im glad I didn't sign the contract & This company took 5000.00 from my account and will not return my money. They apologized to we will venmo you. Nope! To it'll be refunded in 3 to 7 days. And 3 weeks later. To they refunded all money on the day of zoom call. Its been 3 pr more weeks. My bank informed me that there was no refund from them. I showed my bank all of the texts. This Bob guy just kept digging his hole. I was thinking keep it coming buddy! 3 to 4 different stories. He even said my bank & I owed him an apology. He showed me a fake screen saying Tanya Roberts was refunded. Yes the other 2500.00 dropped off . Because again they tried to take all my money out of my account. But my Credit union only allows so much money that can possibly come out. My bank informed me there were several attempts from DR Med Spa Justin & Bob & Josh trying to take all of my money. This poor Lady was so depressed when I spoke to her. I will go to the ends of the world to get my money refunded & to make these monsters accountable. I tried to work with them. Now the Gates of He'll are opened. Messed with the wrong woman. They preyed on my tears & think im weak. Karma is real & God is real. One day they will meet thier Maker. I will continue to post because I don't want this to happen to anyone else! I had a weak moment and tears came. However, im far from weak. Im a very strong business woman of 28 years & a very professional lady. But they stole my money & im coming for you. All of you low lives that doesn't have a real Job & are dumb & Lazy. Thier Job is to still from people & their small businesses. Scum bags.

Before partnering with Mr Med Spa for our marketing, I was honestly ready to throw in the towel and give up on my business. Taking on a marketing expense felt impossible at the time, but they completely turned everything around for us. We have finally gained real momentum, and my only regret is not finding them sooner. If you are on the fence about spending the money, let me tell you from experience: you simply cannot afford not to use their help. Highly recommend!
