Their prices were cheaper than others, fast shipping and true name brand product as described. LOTS of communication emails. Talked to rep that was smart, polite and knew her stuff. I will order from them again.

The shipped the wrong part, and then refused to give a refund.

wow missrepersented product ( picture ) , befor ordering contactated chat that representative gave wrong or lied about the product, ordered the part pictured and confirmed by chat, recieved compleatly different part, contacted CHAT not returanable, even though it is the wrong part $$$ So if your gut sences somthing a miss rethink ,1 star is being gennerious

Service was great.. didnt get what I needed (my fault not theirs) it was delivered on time, exactly when they said it would be delivered they were were extremely helpful in helping me return it I would definitely recommend them Don Tennant

I placed a small order and received great follow up and very prompt delivery. If they are this good on such a small order I will look forward to doing business with MRO in the future.

I placed an online order for some bearings. I paid in full for the order at the time. I received an email stating that there was a minimum for the order. Since I need a few more bushings, I had planned on adding them to make up the minimum. I then received an email stating that my order was cancelled without any just cause given. I am now without my money and I have to start over finding a supplier. Most likely I will have to waste a few more hours filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. . MRO Supply is a complete WASTE of time...

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of bearings and was given a February 20, 2025 ship date. On February 23rd, I was given a February 25th ship date but it wasn't shipped. On February 27th, a “case” was opened with a promise that I would be given a tracking number. More crickets. They were quick to charge my credit card though.

They billed me for product 10 days before it shipped. 5 separate emails to both their AR and Customer service went unanswered.

I ordered a part that was in stock, and paid additional for expedited shipping, they did not even ship it for 3 days plus the weekend, and then wanted to charge me even more for the shipping. I tried to cancel the order before the order shipped, the MRO person said they would try to cancel it for me, and I asked him to email me to confirm, but never heard back from them and they shipped the part which came in a week (instead of the two days that I paid for). Don't use this company if you want a good accurate deliver, or if you expect good customer service!

Website stated the product ships within 1 day. 1 week later, it had not shipped. Emailed to ask for a status update, no reply.

The company changes pricings after the order and on top money that was already paid in advance , was after weeks still not refunded. An inadmissible company behaviour. This company has NO HONNOR and simply lives on a website , but not on real and honnest expertise

I ordered two bulbs on a Wednesday, the order was accepted and I received an order acknowledgment. The next day I received an email saying that they had changed the order minimum and that I would have to change order minimum to 25 or cancel order. I do not recommend this company.

I recently purchased a set of 61907 2RZ bearings from MROsupply.com and I was very pleased with the delivery service that they provided. Yet they did charge me for my shipping but it was here within 3 days of ordering and I ordered on a saturday evening, and it was here tuesday afternoon. so I really have no complaints they were awesome bearings they match perfectly with the more expensive set i got from a different company. SKU # and box was exact match in my opinion yet half the price. Highly recommend MROsupply.com, if you need a trustworthy genuine bearing they probably got it for you.
