Jayne and the team did a fantastic job. Clear communication and a spotless house.

Jayne was very patient with my many questions & even went out of her way to explain the changes in regulations for renters. On the day Char & the team were on time & highly efficient. They got areas clean that I thought were going to be impossible. The house was left sparkling (which was impressive for an older home, and one that hadn’t been deep cleaned for over 12 years).

Looking for the right people and the best in the business, can be overwhelming, challenging and scary for many reasons. The positive reviews about Mrs Muscle helped, and was hired to perform a vacate clean. The booking was easy and quick, and the team was punctual and friendly.
As a cleaner myself in my past life, I had expectations, for hubby! his moneys worth!! So when all was done, I did two checks on the property, one by myself and one with hubby. On both visits, walking into the house and in every room we felt a sense of cleanliness and freshness, we checked every room in the house, the outcome! was the same, we were very impressed. They exceeded my expectations in so many ways and in hubby’s words they are so worth it. 😊

We first contacted Mrs Muscle Cleaning 12 months ago to quote on a major clean up. Unbeknownst to us, an elderly relative had been living in squalor & hoarder state for several years (possibly decades), in such a state we were not prepared for (financially or otherwise).
Jayne came and quoted, meticulously took us through her assessment of the project, provided rational recommendations that were most cost effective for us, so that we could make the home liveable again. We had many questions and follow ups, which Jayne patiently, and thoughtfully helped us through.
Fast forward to now, Jayne and her team of superheroes have been able to clear trucks worth of clutter, left the surfaces hygienic and sparkling, and the walls of the house are starting to feeling homely again.
The whole way through, the team was sensitive and compassionate, and helped to normalise what was a very vulnerable situation.
They have made what was such a heavy burden on our family feel so much lighter and we can’t wait to get our relative back into her home.

What an incredible experience I had with Mrs Muscle Cleaning! I hired them to perform my vacate clean amidst a hectic move. In the past I had done my own cleans and thought I had done a decent job, but the results Mrs Muscle gave me just proves why you should always trust the professionals. My family and I moved into our new home only to be faced with a very disappointing, filthy home that the previous owner had left for us.
Straight away I knew who I wanted to contact for a deep move in clean!

Jayne’s response to my online enquiry was so quick and efficient - she went out of her way to book us in a move in deep clean the following week so that we could finally move in properly to our new home.

The team did such an amazing job on our clean - they were on the dot on time and they did not waste a minute to get straight into things.
They smashed our whole 5 bedroom 2 living area place out within 5 hours! Something that would take my husband and I weeks to do inbetween working.
They saved us so much time and stress, and were also really pleasant people overall to deal with - they were worth EVERY cent!!!

Highly recommend Mrs. Muscle Cleaning, especially for end of lease cleaning. I have had cleaners in the past do this type of cleaning and I got what I paid for. An end of lease clean isn't supposed to be easy, quick or cheap. Mrs. Muscle Cleaning services were reasonably priced and the clean was incredible - even our landlords mentioned how beautifully clean it looked. Will absolutely hire the team again in the future.

I'm absolutely blown away by what Jayne and her team were able to do for my dear old friend. Not only did they deep clean his house but they went above and beyond and did all his washing and made his bed with fresh sheets. Not to mention the hideous fish tank that was completely emptied out and cleaned. The team were all lovely, kind, and non-judgedmental. We both feel so much better about his situation, and we are both incredibly grateful!! Mrs Muscle decluttered and cleaned a house that had been lived in by an old woman of 98 who, of course, never threw anything out: instead she stored it neatly in cupboards, drawers, the garage, etc. There was 48cm3 of clutter to be disposed of. In one day, the house was emptied and cleaned to perfection by Jayne and her team. Very happy with the results.
