The team was great. Kept me involved and informed through the whole clean. I was part of the process the entire time.

We booked a post renovation clean following a reputable recommendation. After the clean, the unit was found to still be unclean in areas which were described as being included in the cleaning process. Contacted the company and they came back immediately to re-clean. This was followed by a rude response from the owner of the business to say that it was again complete. I inspected once again and found areas that still needed cleaning, which I rectified myself. For a premium priced service, I would not recommend this business. When asked that we review this business, we politely declined as we did not wish to publish our negative experience. This was followed by a rude and offensive text by the owner. This was not only disappointing but unprofessional. A less than desirable, upsetting experience.

Mrs Muscle Cleaning services are true angels on earth! We had last minute notice to vacate a rental as the landlords were moving back in and Mrs Muscle quite literally saved the day! Kind, quick to respond and extremely professional. They really care about your needs and provide an above and beyond clean! I couldn’t recognise the house! Thank you Mrs Muscle Cleaning!

In tough circumstances I contacted Jayne who was companionate understanding and very accomodating of our situation. She went above and beyond to have her team come in at short notice to help us completely clear a room that was in a very bad state . A combination of hoarding rubbish and gross.. there was no judgment the team just got on with getting it sorted. Saving boxes they thought may have treasures and keeping the communication flowing
A lovely bunch who worked til it was completed . I honestly don’t know how they do it . Worth the money and I highly recommend the quality and respect of our situation . Thank you 🙏🏼
I hope more people in situations like us reach out to a company like this for help . Or even just a spring clean !

1. They gave the wrong bank details for the deposit, twice.
2. They didn't recognise the deposit when they finally provided the right account, and cancelled my service.
3. They offered to do it a day later and generously took $50 off the price, even though I had to pay an extra rent because I couldn't hand the keys back in time.
4. They didn't clean items that were in the quote.
5. They offered to come back in a week to finish the job. So I could pay another $400 and not return the keys?
6. They offered to write a letter to the agents saying why I didn't have to clean particular items to a high level because I had been a long term tennant.
7. BEWARE of what items are not listed in the quote. They exclude a lot of items.
8. For over $700 for an end of lease clean, I expected never to hear from the cleaners or the real estate agent ever again. But I had to endure back and forth phone calls and emails for days afterwards.
9. NEVER AGAIN.

The Mrs Muscle team, took a relative's cluttered and unlivable house and transformed it back into normality in a single day! What looked like an insurmountable task to me, was completed with thoroughness, care and kind discretion and professionalism. The house was a 2 and a half bedroom suburban dwelling, that they tackled with a team of 6 conscientious and thorough staff.
I am very happy that I chose this team.

I used Mrs Muscle for a end of lease clean. The communication was great and they arrived on time. I was very impressed with the end result. The house was very clean. Don’t go for the cheapest cleaners go with the best. Highly recommend.

Over charges more than is quoted, zero communication re extra charges till after the clean. Couldn’t get new tenants in till weeks after due to insurance inspections etc. Will blame us for not notifying them immediately that it still stinks like urine, carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned. Less than satisfied. We didn’t know till new occupancy and has refused acknowledging sub standard clean. Really disappointed has no honour of word.

I have been following MrsMuscleCleaning on IG for a while now and I knew I had to get them to do a spring cleaning.
So got in touch and from the quote to today when they came the comms have been great and very transparent, which is very much appreciated.

Today they came and I had realistic expectations since we’ve lived here for over 20years. So didn’t expect much for my oven, some walls and the silly tracks on my windows!!!

Well the angel squad, that’s who they are to me forever more, went above and beyond my wildest cleaning dreams and expectations!!! My oven is now as clean as the first day I got it 🥹!!!

I reached out to Mrs Muscle Cleaners after moving to Gippsland from the CBD with a mammoth job. Due to a shonky rental in North Melbourne my home’s entire contents had been completely covered in invisible toxic mould that has made me, my partner and my room mate very sick.

This job was huge. Every single item had to be unpacked from boxes, sorted, and then wiped down with white vinegar before it could even be brought inside for us to sort. Members of our household have been literally hospitalised because of the state of our things (with a shady landlord to boot). I’m not being dramatic when I say I was hysterical about what to do.

I knew we needed help and so I reached out to the Mrs Muscle team. After a very friendly and understanding phone call with Jayne she sent out two ladies, Tracey and Lee, to accomplish this mission impossible.

Tracey and Lee managed to completely turn the situation around. They literally wiped down an entire households worth of stuff. They were professional and empathetic the entire time and I literally don’t know what I would have done without their help. They arranged for skips, liased with laundry pick up and managed to do it all quickly and efficiently. Jayne was also extremely kind to us and gave us a discount when we surpassed the original time estimate for the job.

Lovely, personable, people with a real dedication and care to their work. All members of the team are talented and professional in what they do.

Jayne and her crew did an amazing job with my end of lease clean. They arrived on time and were very though. Jayne's extensive knowledge also saved us thousands of dollars and ensured us our bond back.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Jayne and her team completed an exit clean for me today while I was on a work trip and having used cleaners (at diff companies) previously, the anxiety of coming home to a poor job is the worst feeling. I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up to a sparkling clean like new home. It looks as good as the day we finished building it! Absolutely perfect, every nook and cranny was cleaned and the small details that no one thinks of were done to perfection. I am embarrassed to say I didn’t leave the house in the best condition because it was a quick move and we barely have unpacked or had time to go back and clean because we are new parents but Mrs Muscle Cleaning lifted a huge weight off my shoulders when I showed up to the property today and didn’t have to touch a thing before house inspections tomorrow. I am so so so thankful to the cleaners who really did a spectacular job. Jayne and her team are not all talk they back it up with hard work and I would use this service and recommend her to any one!

The best in the business! Second time using Mrs Muscle and was a dream. Punctual, well priced and place was spotless. Even gave me assistance with a difficult agent trying to take us for a ride. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Not only did I get an excellent clean from a friendly and hardworking team but I got personal advice from Jayne and help and insight from Leon. You pay for all round service and they provide tenfold!

Although the team did an overall decently good job, noting the price point compared to the level of quality, I would not choose to use Mrs Muscle again. Just my own personal opinion, but I did not feel the service was good value for money.

I was hesitant to write this review for fear of a backlash reply, noting an earlier response by the MrsMuscle team on a 2 star review, which appeared to dox the reviewer by noting where they were employed. The review is noted as updated which leads me to think it was since amended, but in my view this is poor form as a business & goes beyond what’s appropriate in defending a poor review through sticking to the facts of a situation when a review left is misleading or inaccurate.

The team did a fantastic job. Customer service and communication were spot on. Highly recommended.

The team for the squalor clean were punctual, thorough and friendly. A great help at a difficult time.

From my first meeting with Jayne and her team for my pre-sale clean after a tenant moved out, they have been nothing short of professional. Very prompt in responding to all communications.
