Very friendly staff although all correspondence was made through email. I had a slight fault with an item I bought but it was rectified immediately by a new part and my return shipping cost paid immed... もっず芋る

Delighted with the chair !

Delighted with the smart mid-century leather vintage chair - exactly the right size,look and shape for a corner of our kitchen. Prompt service, short lead time from ordering to delivery with timely updates and clear communication. Will recommend Mrs Robinson. Thank you !

Cheap product for large price...

I ordered a lamp shade that folded flat and a cup. The packaging it came in was huge ! It had reams of bubble wrap, two big empty boxes inside to take up the space, it was ridiculous. The shade was cheaply made (cost me £68) infact a temporary paper shade I have costing £6 from argos is better made. The cup (a gift) came in a random box which originally was for a candle. This company expects you to pay for any returns, it gives no opportunity to review its products... avoid !
