This is good to take upon waking up and when you're doing intermittent fasting. It helps to control your urge to binge eating. Give you focus. Though I hate the feeling of making me feel nauseous. I love the thermogenic feeling especially here in melbourne that it gets cold most of the time. No jitters which is a good thing. Its just that nauseous feeling that made me decide to give it 4/5. Overall, it's good when you workout while on a fasting state plus you do cardio.
Good product. Cayenne pepper makes this product work so well.

Great product, really helps strip the fat, but don't have in the afternoon or evening unless you want to be glued to the ceiling all night, these have some zip!

Take 2 first thing in the morn on an empty stomach for a fasted training sesh, lost 10kgs in a month. Pretty sweet if you tell me 👍🏽
Caffeine overload perfect for early morning workout
Very happy with product
So far it's good. I started it about 1 week ago. I used to drink a half cup of water first thing in the morning then taking the caps with a half cup of milk so it won't cause stomach upset. regarding weight loose I lost about 1 kilo since I started it, but with the workout.
Does not work
