Tutez Australia レビュー

Sent this company a laptop to sell and did not hear anything back from them. Tried to contact multiple times, no response.

Be wary of using this company for selling items.

Claims both my iPad and Microsoft surface never arrived. Given they were sent on different days from different post offices, the chances of both being lost by Australia post seems vanishingly small. I think this must be a scam - best avoided.

It’s been more than a week since my computer and iPhone were delivered but no updates from them. No reply to my email neither. I regret sending my device to them.

super easy process, great service and easy money!

Send them the device and not happy with their revised offer. They promised to return the devices, but 11 days later still no sign of my device or notification of the return dispatched… will not deal with them again for sure. Will wait another week before complaining to consumer affair.

Seamless transaction

Kept me informed every step of the way
Prompt emails

Easy to use service that paid me fairly for our old MacBook.

Fast, great experience. Super helpful and quick with getting back to me. Also learnt the reason as to why my laptop broke!!

Great service!! Didn’t know if they were legit but they are totally legit. They answered all my questions with professionalism. I got a good result in the end.

The whole process of selling my damaged Macbook Air with Tutez was simple, efficient and reliable. You apply online and are given a quote, then receive an email with clear instructions, send off your device postage paid, Mr Tutez then replies with final quote, and the money is transferred into your bank account pronto. Easy peasy!

My Macbook Air was an M1 model but the screen was damaged dreadfully, I was amazed that he gave $150 for what seemed to be a worthless computer.

I 100% recommend Tutez Australia.

Happy with the final quote.
Money was paid quickly once quote accepted

Excellent service , fast , friendly and professional, highly recommend

User friendly and helpful. Would use again.

Very professional service. Fair assessment and very transparent process.

Super clear instructions from the Tutez and really easy process to sell my 10 year old laptop. If I have anything to sell in the future I’ll definitely be back!

Perfectly simple

Sold a MacBook Pro was affected by liquid damage. But MrTurez was happy to take it off my hands as it still as some value. Seamlessly communication and quick payment.

I was a little nervous, but it was so simple to deal with MrTurtez.

My experience dealing with Mr. Tutez Australia was great. Their quick response time showed their dedication to customer service, ensuring that my inquiries were promptly addressed. The fair assessment they offered demonstrated their commitment to transparency and honesty, making me feel confident in their expertise. What truly impressed me was their efficient payment process, which made the entire transaction hassle-free. I would recommend Mr. Tutez Australia for their professionalism and effectiveness in delivering top-notch service.

Having submitted the facts about my MacBook Air to Tutez online and receiving an estimated quote immediately - a very efficient introduction to the organisation. Dropping my machine off at the location in Melbourne was also effectively handled, with a response the following business day that the assessment was approved and the money deposited into my account a few hours later. A positive experience.

Fast, friendly service and quick turn around.
