I had a composite front door installed by Kirt, what a fabulous job he made of it too. Very impressed , fitted to perfection, quickly and efficiently . Quality of materials is superb at a very competitive price, an absolute pleasure in doing business with Mr Window. I also know of other people who are highly impressed with Mr Window.

The team at Mr Windows are helpful and courteous at all times.
They provide a timely update on the progress of the window making and fitting and the quality of the finish of the product is first class.
All fitters were polite, tidy and on time

Ordered a door and waited exactly the time we were quoted when ordered.
Fitter arrived in time. Very pleasant man and tidied up when he finished. Door looks lovely so pleased.

Great no hassle service. Kept informed of the process. Happily shown around the factory before making an order. The fitters were polite, careful and cleaned up after themselves. Happy to recommend them.

Hassle free installation. No haggling over prices - none of this “extra 10% off if you take two more windows etc”.
This is the 2nd time of using Mr Window - the last time was 7 years ago and have NO trouble with that much larger installation.

Had door fitted a few delays with covid problems but alway kept informed. Fitted in the morning and totally happy with the service and cost around 30% cheaper on the same door with some other companies. Overall a great job.

Awful! Do not use this company. Windows and doors were great. The conservatory has been such a headache since it was built in 2018. Done by different contractors and just no communication, such a poor service. I’d love to add the photos we have!

A very efficient service. Communication throughput was very good and the work was really good and left no mess. All done in a day. Very satisfied.

Unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Our windows are less than 3 years old and already out of warranty. 3 of them have broken hinges and of course we now have to pick up the cost. We have been waiting over 2 months just for a quote and our calls and emails are being constantly ignored which I find very unprofessional.

There was a delay with my door a couple of times due to COVID, but was always called and informed with a call. Well worth the wait from start to finish great communication. The door is stunning the fitter was excellent turned up on time and very clean job. Thank you Mr Window Ltd. would recommend.

Everything can look fine, but if things go wrong they will deny all responsibility, leaving customers out of pocket to fix problems they have caused.

We had a bay window put in Febuary and so pleased with it. It was done so professionally and there was no mess. Definitely recommend to my friends.

I had Mr. Windows fit all the windows, 3 doors and a porch, 2 years a go at my daughters house the job was completed on time and still looks good as new.
I had to have 4 windows replaced at my own house after very badly fitting windows by another company.
I had no hesitation contacting Mr. Windows from the first visit and survey to the fitting by George, he carried out a first class installation clean and caring for my property.

After excepting the quote online the whole process was very straight forward from start to finish, we had the surveyors visit the following week and then soon after we received our install date,
The installer turned up on time and fitted our new door very professionally and with very little mess, communicating with myself throughout his visit and he gave us the best advice for looking after our new door as well,
