Very professional friendly team.
Very pleased with my doors.

Very efficient. Fitter was outstanding. Extremely tidy and little disruption. Very pleased with the finished product and all at reasonable price.

We dealt with a salesman called Kevin who was very helpful and not at all pushy. Our door was built to how we wanted it and fitted within around 3 weeks. Tony the fitter done a great job leaving no mess behind and all rubbish was taken away without charge. Would definitely use again in the future, we are so pleased with our new front door. Thank you very much!

The windows fitted are of great quality, and we were really happy with the end to end service. The sales process was non-pressure, unlike a number of competitors. The price was great and the installation was simple and clean.

So very pleased with my new front doors , back door and French doors. Excellent workmanship couldn't find a single fault. Would highly recommend. Less than £5,000 for 7 doors supplied and fitted! Was quoted £11,500 by another company for exactly the same thing !!! Dom the fitter even fitted a new dog flat at no extra charge .Would definitely use them again .

Just had both front and back doors installed, and they are absolutely top notch.
Originally used the online configurator to see what I wanted, I had two other companies book for surveys, but Tina from Mr windows was the first to reach out to me and was really genuine and following my requests had Jack contact me with an accurate quote for works.. Jack was a superstar, (it's worth pointing out I'm really impatient once I've made my mind up, I want it yesterday) he made sure everything that followed happened quickly and all while maintaining amazing customer service and contact. Steve was arranged to survey the job, and made arrangements to come over and again excellent bloke, no trying to get more out of the job than was necessary, and then the order was made to my specifications and a date was organised for fitting, George was my fitter and this guy is a magician, the job was completed as agreed was early to site and considering the work needed not a speck or dirt or dust was left... Brilliant.
The doors themselves change the whole look and feel of the house and I couldn't be more pleased.
Mr windows and their staff is proof that not all these businesses are equals, when you find a company that cares this much you feel like you found something quite rare.

After some confusion with our order that seems to have gone missing so, lucky that I chased after a month from survey when I was expecting them to be ready for fitting.
There was a delay therefore in the ordering and eventual fitting and I was so close to cancelling at that point.
Eventually agreeing the installation date, the installer turned up on the day and time agreed and despite the rain George did a really excellent job and did an especially neat job and went "above and beyond" expectations. A really good neat job

we were recommended by a relative,after viewing the work we decided to give Mr windows a call. the estimate which we found suited us so ask for work to be carried out.we were so pleased with the work, that we made another order for our patio doors to be replaced.the professionalism of the fitters was first class

No pushy sales technique, no messy around with prices, great customer service, really happy with our windows and doors, good product and very professional fitting.

After recently purchasing a front door from Mr Windows and being extremely happy with the whole service and quality, we knew that this was the company to use when advising my elderly mother when she wanted to replace both doors and windows. Again the correspondence and service were both first class. Would definitely recommend this company.
