Our initial quote with Robert was very friendly without the hard sell. Robert was very informative and made suggestions we hadn't thought of. Very impressed.

After a surprisingly short period of time George the installer turned up and worked tirelessly for two days. He too was friendly and made an exceptional job demonstrating an excellent attitude for the cleanliness of our home.

I encourage all those looking for new windows and doors to give Mr Window a call. You will not be disappointed. Impressive company with friendly and helpful staff and most importantly good work at very good prices.

before anyone buys from this company i would strongly advise them not to.i had a door fitted last october it looks very nice however is a complete fire hazard it does not always open, we have been locked in our house several times. Mr windows service has been good up until now where they will no longer do anything regarding the door and it is still faulty.i have had an engineer around at least twice a month where they do not know what is wrong with it. it would seem i am not the only person this has happened to as a neighbour has also had the same problem, wether it is the door or poor workman ship i do not know but i do not want anyone else to go through what we have. we are now seeking legal advice

I cannot fault the service from start to finish. All staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The fitter on the day, just got straight to it and did the job. I was surprised how tidy it was after! I would definitely recommend Mr Windows to my family and friends.

i have used MR window previously and have to say that the standards have slipped, it took three attempt to fit a door with two frames and i still have a substandard door with damage to ceilings, floor and skirting's adjacent to it.
I would not recommend them to anyone which is a shame as i promote local business.
I'm not sure how long this review will remain, my previous one on Facebook was removed very promptly.

Shocking experience with this company. Had a front door fitted on 12th Feb which has been a problem to open from the inside and out since. They have done nothing but wait for us to contact them after saying it would be resolved. It still hasn't been resolved and we now have to take our back door key out through fear of not being able to get back in through the front. Now (Friday) being told someone will contact us on Monday. Avoid and use another company.

I would recommend this company to any, great service, and fitters knew exactly what time do.

I had quotes from 5-6 companies before getting a composite door from this place. Not only did I save a fair amount of money, but they completed the work on time and did a fine job of it as well. I’d highly recommend using this company.
