The quality is great so soft easy to install pre plucked and cut with a drawstring in the back to secure my head is small so it was big but you can adjust I would buy from them again I saw the wig on TikTok

I’ve been purchasing from Mscoco hair for yrs… The shipping is always fast whenever I need to order an the hair is always soft no shedding no smell… I will forever be a mscoco girl.

The hair I ordered didn’t look like the hair online, the colour was off and orange undertonned. I followed the companies policy of returns, contacted them, sent photos of the hair and then got their confirmation and details to sent it back. They were very responsive up until 2 weeks ago when they ignored me. My item was tracked delivery and was confirmed which they received and signed for on the 21st August. They’ve since not refunded me and are still not replying. From the gramatical errors this company is not professional in the slightest and seems to be ran improperly, if you return the hair you’re being scammed as they won’t send it back. The hair colour won’t match and the hair is synthetic, NOT human hair as they described.

This was my first time ordering from Mscoco and I'm SOOOOOOO glad I did!!! It cam in a timely fashion and it was soft and just like the pic!!!! OMGGG IM SO IN LOVEEE!!! Im definitely ordering again!!!

My hair shipped really fast. I ordered an 28 in glueless wig and it feels amazing. I will have it installed soon but so far everything looks great.

I purchased a unit from MSCOCO on 7/29/25 but never received my order. I received notification that the package was delivered however it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted MSCOCO informing them of this issue. They told they would reach out to the carrier and have them look into the matter to no avail. I’ve asked for a refund or a replacement unit and have received neither. This is the risk you take when ordering products online. MSCOCO is clearly a business who will take your money versus acting with integrity to preserve the customer experience. I warn you to veer on the side of caution if you’re considering purchasing from this company.
If you just want to give your money away, give to a charity.

Alors cela fait environ deux semaines que j'ai m'a PP et franchement je suis agréablement surprise. Déjà je l'ai reçu en trois jours. La pp est bien pleine pas de chute de cheveux jusqu'à ce jour. J'ai fait une coloration et le cheveux est toujours aussi fluide et soyeux. Franchement c'est l'un de mes meilleurs investissement je vous recommande ce site en plus on peut payer en plusieurs fois.

Okay, this is a RAW and HONEST review as of August 3rd 2025. I placed an order for the first and LAST time about 10 days ago and just got my unit. I ordered a 26 inch PULL GO DRAWSTRING HD LACE unit and instead. . . I got a TOTALLY different unit under their "Flexi-Fit" collection. Again, completely different construction. I thought about giving it a chance. . . NOPE! Immediately gave helmet, the lace was so rough it felt like a brillow pad and it was giving DARK BROWN EBIN LACE TINT SPRAY. Then- here comes the best part. . . Tik tok and instagram reviews came true. Customer service wanted to blame me and said "We double check our shipments twice to be sure so you need to check your order again." It took 4 NASTY emails of mine for them to finally agree to let me return it. Well NOW. . . I am on day 3 of waiting for a return shipping label. They still have not owned up to their mistake. COMPLETE jerks and SPAM! Complete clickbait. DO NOT DO IT!

I’ve been dealing with this company for three and 1/2 years and this is the only place where I buy my wigs or bundles. The hair has always been of great quality and I have not had a disappointment yet. They also provide a fast delivery service.

My wig came pre cut and preplucked. I received so many compliments.

I installed my own wig and all I needed was jam and lace melt spray and it was perfect 🤩 I love my unit I will most definitely be ordering again 🥳
