⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service from Richard!
Richard from MS Cookers and Boilers came out to service our boiler and did an absolute treat of a job. He was punctual, highly professional, and took the time to make sure everything was running safely and efficiently. Very neat and tidy work, and excellent communication throughout. It’s great to have a reliable, local engineer you can actually trust. Highly recommended!

Richard has been servicing my Aga/ boiler for over 12 years now and fitted a new oil tank in the past, always friendly and reliable. Would and already have recommended him to family and friends.

Our electric aga had stopped working and we tried a couple of people. Richard responded immediately and even though he was away on holiday we knew he would turn up when he was back.

When he did turn up he was friendly and helpful. He was on time and explained the costs and what was wrong.

We will not go anywhere else the next time we have a problem. Highly recommended.

Richard / MS Boilers came to advise and repair the door on my Rayburn Solid fuel cooker, he arrived on time and was very pleasant, he was very knowledgeable, he inspected and adjusted a necessary, I would use him in the future if required and recommend him to others.

Alec was on time, polite and as always serviced the boiler. Alec noticed a capacitor was leaking, he informed worcester bosch boilers who called and are coming out to fix under warranty

Great communication leading up to and on the day of the appointed service time. Richard very clear on what he was doing and how long it would take. Cleaned up before he left, as if he hadn’t been at all. Spoke on the phone after the visit at no extra cost. Overall cost for the work performed was good value.

Serviced our Aga for the second time. Last year , when Richard did it for the first time, it was in a right mess, this year it sailed through. Richard is knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. The team are great and the service second to none!
