Avoid MSL Park Motors Mazda Dublin – faulty used car & terrible service
Bought a used car from MSL Park Motors Mazda on Navan Road, Dublin. It had faults that weren't fixed before delivery. Their service overcharged me, kept the car for weeks, failed to fix the issue, and even created new unrelated problems.
Raised concerns but the clerk denied them and just suggested another appointment. Witnessed another customer (Mercedes driver) screaming in frustration.
In contrast, another authorised Mazda service centre diagnosed and fixed the exact same issue in 3 hours for one quarter of the price.
Warning: Do not buy used cars here. If you have issues (especially under warranty), go straight to another dealer — MSL seems to hide or mismanage problems.
Will never return. Look elsewhere.

Completely exceeded my expectations. From sending in the enquiry online to driving off the forecourt with our new previously owned car it was a very pleasant experience. Graham Kelly was the man who made sure we got what we were looking for and helped us in a really trustworthy way. It was clear he had our interests at heart. The car was fairly priced to start with. he team took it for an NCT, even though it was not due for another four months. The car was worked on by a team and is now like new. Could not recommend them any more highly. Tool the stress out of what I find stressful. Thanks very much.

Purchased a smart #1pro plus from grange motors on 28th nov 2025 ,extremely dissatisfied with the whole process ,too many problems to list ,all areas of staff poor from valeters, parts poor,service poor,sales poor ,attention to detail extremely poor ,knowledge poor .Mercedes prestige not in my book 😒

I was shopping for a good value 1 year old Skoda Superb with low mileage. I want to say a big thank you to Graham Kelly at MSL Park Motors. His advice and guidance made all the difference. I went into MSL on the Navan Road on Friday afternoon looking for some help with a Mercedes Fob. Niall, Jordan and Evan were in the showroom and they were so nice and really helpful. They were able to sort me out on the spot. It was great to go into a showroom like that and meet such nice guys. The showroom itself is fabulous. Really bright and modern with amazing cars. I’ve just purchased a Smart #1 from MSL South county Dublin. From the beginning of my initial interest in this car to the final purchase I had the most incredibly helpful experience. The sales team, George and Ryan looked after me extremely well and I was made to feel a special customer. In addition, when I picked the car up, the experience was fantastic to and I was brought through all the technical information by Brendan who is very knowledgeable and spent well over an hour going through things with me in terms of understanding the Car. I'm leaving this review even though we didn't end up buying from MSL - Mercedes - Benz Navan Road, D7.
On the phone I spoke to Ronald and told him we're looking to buy a GLE 2024 or a BMW x5, he mentioned that on the day I was looking to come into the showroom he was not there but that the manager Paul was going to look after us.
Paul really did look after us I went along with my husband and our 6 year old and we had the most enjoyable Saturday morning. From the complimentary croissants and coffee to Paul gifting our little girl a children's book on the history of Mercedes.
We did not feel rushed and all questions were answered with transparency and respect. We've now bought our dream car which was a BMW x5 and are delighted with our purchase but I've been looking for a while now and the experience we had in Navan Road Mercedes was no doubt the one that we will cherish.
Thank you Paul and Ronald for this beautiful memory!

To date, I have purchased two cars from MSL Park Motors. On each occasion, the salesman Ronan Mc Caul was courteous, efficient and very professional.The sales were both conducted with a minimum of exchanges.
Similarly, the after sales service was second to none. I dealt with Paul Dolan and all queries/e mails were responded to promptly, efficiently and very satisfactorily. In both cases, the cars purchased, were delivered to me, down the country.
My dealings with MSL have been 100% favourable.The team there is professional,respectful and most efficient.Given my experience, I highly recommend this company.

Just purchased our new C Class from Dion McCarthy at MSL Cork .The service was just as one would expect from Mercedes ..We were as usual made welcome by Dion .Offered tea or coffee while we were waiting .Only for a few minutes .Once we had completed the paper work Dion went through every detail of the car,No rushing .Nothing was two much trouble .This was our fourth C Class .We first met Dion as a junior salesman with MSL at Cork Summer Show and he left such an impression on us we said we would contact him when changing .We havent looked back since .Over the years we must say Gillian in the service department has been excellent .Shame they are now all hidden away behind screens when one walks in .Looking forward to our next purchase in 2027 .Wouldnt go beyond MSL cork and its fantastic staff

MSL Service Centre North Dublin - what a fantastic experience. I am awed by the helpfulness, professionalism, urgency not to mention the lovely little nibbles while I waited. I was also so grateful for the replacement car. Thanks to Alex (BYD service), Claire (Mercedes) and James (BYD Sales). You are all amazing!

Had my 222 Skoda Enyak in for third service under service pack purchased in 2022 at MSL North Dublin. Was dealt with by Bruno Pontes who could not have been more helpful. An absolute gentleman. Could not speak more highly of the service.

Got 2 service's and recalls done MSL North, both a nightmare from start to finish.
Was the first person to order a BYD in Ireland, bought a Atto 3 first and than a Seal a year later, love both cars, but the way I was treated in the service centre north has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My next car in about 2 years time was going to be another BYD model, but after my experience in the service centre, I'll take my money elsewhere 😞

I dealt with Ronan in Park Motors on the Navan Road. Having purchased a previous car (a mercedes) from Ronan I found him excellent to deal with when looking to change to a new car as he paid attention to my preferences and then made it happen. I will be returning for my next upgrade (but not too soon as I want to enjoy my new car).

I have had the pleasure of dealing with one of the nicest guys I have ever meet in sales and I mean just not Cars anything I have ever bought of a person. Eduardo at BYD - XPENG Deansgrange Road Dublin is a superstar. The entire experience was a pleasure, so professional and just all round nice guy to deal with no pressure explained everything in detail yet not boring. I couldn’t recommend Eduardo higher and if you’re looking for a new XPENG or BYD I’m telling yas ….contact this guy u won’t be disappointed. Great job Eduardo you’re a credit to the company you represent, however more so ……to yourself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

40 years driving and dealing with garages, never ever have I come across a dealership so unprofessional with no customer service. Dealing with BYD NORTH DUBLIN brings gross incompetence to a new meaning.
Left my car in yesterday for 2nd service 40k or 2 years, so yesterday when I collected my car I noticed on the checklist that the transmission oil hadn't been changed which I brought to the service advisor attention.
To be told they don't have any transmission oil and better don't know when they'll have it in stock seriously you couldn't write this, asked about what happens if something goes wrong with the car, still waiting on an answer.
FOLKS DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR STAY AWAY FROM BYD NORTH DUBLIN.

This place is not fit for purpose, bought a new BYD Atto 3 a year ago and unfortunately have to deal with this place. 7 weeks wait for a service, the drop links were gone but they replaced ball joints and only afterwards discovered it was drop links but only had one in stock. I lost 3 days work in my taxi because I had to return twice and they held the car overnight for one drop link. Absolutely crazy!

Buying a new car is not easy. Do you go electric, hybrid or stay with petrol or diesel. Will it suit your lifestyle, how much will it cost. Is it good value, what essential functionality must it have…. And that’s before you pick a colour and Sean tells you all about the things you didn’t know you wanted and the benefits to buying a Mercedes.
Thankfully Sean Guirke in Ballsbridge Motors is experienced and extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the makes and models and help me make my decision. There is no hard sell. I’m now driving my lovely new car and I’m so pleased with my decision. Thank you Sean!
