Worst Telco Experience I’ve Had
Honestly, dealing with mtel has been an absolute nightmare. Customer service is slow, unhelpful, and half the time they don’t even seem to know what’s going on. Bills are confusing, issues take forever to fix, and you’re just left chasing them up again and again. Feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers. Wouldn’t recommend, mate. Everyone’s going to jail when we come to power!
