I ordered from Mtervodesign in November, hoping to get one of their mugs for my mom for Christmas. There ended up being some sort of mixup where the package was returned to sender, and I was honestly upset because I didn't even know it was sent back until March and I never got a refund so I assumed I was simply scammed. I saw another ad for Mtervodesign on Instagram and commented about this issue under their post. Someone reached out to me and helped me with this issue and I got the mug I ordered delivered to me this time, in a matter of days. I am very happy I'll still be able to give this gift to my mom now for Mother's Day, and honestly despite the initial mixup, whoever is managing the Instagram account was VERY helpful in making sure this issue was addressed and handled immediately. This was still an overall positive experience simply because they took the issue seriously as soon as it was made aware to them, and it seems to me to have been an honest mistake. 🫶🏻

I ordered a Elvis cassette mug as a gift to me & it was so cool. I also receive a lot of compliments when people see it. When I noticed they had phone covers I was excited but did not see any for Elvis so I commented to them when they do make them I would order one. Well they replied & said we have Elvis covers & of course I ordered one. It did have some flaws & I reached out to them sent photos of the defects & without me even having to ask they had reviewed my photos & sent one out right away. The second cover was brighter & had no bubbles. I loved it.
I can say the customer service is outstanding. I myself being in that field know what that means. I appreciate all those efforts & would order more Elvis products in the future. Keep up that standard, it really makes a huge difference. ❤️😊

Thank you to the team at MTervo. I placed an order for a custom mug just in the nick of time to receive it to gift as a birthday present. The mug looks great and the person who received it is really enjoying it. I received the mug the day before their birthday and as I started to panic a few days prior, I was able to email the team at MTervo and they provided a status update and tracking number. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I bought an AC/DC mug as a 🎁 and received the very best thank you .. I heard best gift ever! It is loved, used daily, and is a great addition to the coffee bar!

They made the arrival on time & communication was good. Mugs/designs were not damaged & in safe packaging.

There had been a problem with a late delivery that turned out to be no fault of Mtervodesign, but my local post office. When the matter was brought to the attention of Mtervodesign, they quickly rectified the situation, and the four mugs I ordered were resent (at no extra charge to me) and in the hands of their new owners in three days. Customer service was friendly and efficient, and the mugs were a huge hit. My mom has used hers almost every day since; she said it's unique and personal to her. My father-in-law didn't recognize all the bands and albums on his 70s and 80s rock mug so not only did he love the novelty and vintage look, he discovered "new" old music he likes. Well done! Great customer service - got timely responses to questions. No issues with my mug. Looks exactly like they said it would. Graphics are great, and hubs confirmed the cassettes are even in the right order, bonus. Very happy I found this company, and very happy with my mug!

Wonderful service. The mug arrived with a chip in it unfortunately and it was replaced very quickly. Excellent service!

Long story short, my first order got lost so I gave a zero(one) star review since I didn’t get my mug. The company noticed and apologized, resending my order, which I received. I appreciate the prompt follow up to my lost order. I will buy more.

I ordered a Bush mug for my wife. Loved it!!!! She uses anll the time. Ordered before Christmas, our wonderful post office lost it, and Mtervodeaign sent a replacement. Great job!!! They have great ideas for gifts.

I ordered 4 coffee mugs for Christmas gifts. Only 3 were in the original box, and of those the handle was broken on one. Packaging was more than sufficient so honestly unsure how it broke. In any event, I’m obviously disappointed as now Christmas gifts are broken or missing.

I reached out via email and promptly got a reply asking which of the 4 mugs were broken and damaged. They apologized for the mistake and were upfront that replacement before the holiday would be nearly impossible. One of the mugs showed up quick. The company followed up asking if all was resolved. I advised I was still missing one, it was then shipped.

It took some effort to resolve the issues, but I applaud this company for following through. Mugs are great and everyone loves them!

I was very happy with the coffee mugs I purchased. The website was easy to use, and the mugs arrived on time and in perfect shape. They made excellent gifts.

If I could leave ZERO ⭐️'s I would, but it made me fill at least one in to proceed. Honestly I usually only leave a review if it's to praise something. I hate being negative, but dealing with this company has left me SO upset! I ordered my father a mug in November for his Christmas present. It showed it would be delivered in time for Christmas. I reached out a few days after it was supposed to arrive bc it was never delivered. I was assured it was still coming and that it had just hit a normal holiday mail delay. A few days after that I started getting emails reminding me to leave a review. I reached back out claiming I could not give a review yet as I still had not received my mug. I was assured again that tracking was showing it was arriving in just a few days and that it would arrive before Christmas still. Fast forward a lil more and Christmas came and went with no gift still. Then I get a message from the post office stating my package was confiscated due to counterfeit postage. I reached out and the company did refund my money after I made a threat of filing a police report as my financial institution had advised me to do. They told me that if a package sits @ the post office long enough on a delay that this is the message customers will receive. That did not make any sense! Then to top all this off - Refund had been given and I just left well enough alone... I then receive an email asking if I would like the mug still. I answer: YES Please ! Then I get another email back stating since refund was asked for I would not be getting one and to disregard the offer. I Then replied with why did you even reach back out to me again then asking if I wanted it ? I had left things go. You reached back out to me ... I had assumed bc they wanted to make things right with an unhappy first time customer who had been put through the ringer dealing with everything. I never received another email after that answering my question. Needless to say I'm blown away 😞

Product excellent! Purchased 3 mugs and they arrived just as pictured on the advertisement. Nostalgia was so welcome and tunes were revisited. 😎 Postage took much longer than expected due to festive season so order well in advance if you are meeting a specific date.

This is the perfect gift for a librarian! Loved the design!

I was so excited to come across these mugs where you could make choices of what genre you wanted. My brother loves Donna Summers and I just thought he had everything. BUT not these. He loves them~!! He has one at work and the other at home. SCORE~!!!
