Updated: good customer service, and very fast shipping. Great choice of miniatures and very good prices!

I first had a frustrating experience with my order and with the initial communication or lack thereof...but they made it right in the end.

So no this shop isn't a scam! But I would like it if they automatically give you a tracking code.

I buy regularly, during last years I spent several thousand euros there. Everything is smooth usually, I got all my orders in good shape, but sometimes communication is slow, I often have to ask for tracking number myself, but at the end of the day with some patience everything is okay.
I would like to get more benefits as an old client though.

I ordered D&D - Spell Effects: Arcane Fury & Divine Might on 05/06/2025 and after 2 months I still haven't received it. They don't put a track and trace code in the confirmation email and I tried contacting them on 5 of their emails across their site and facebook. I still haven't gotten a response from them.

My advise don't buy from them.

Hice un pedido, donde tuve un problema con el pago. Contacté con ellos por correo electrónico y no recibí ninguna respuesta por su parte. Y resulta que lo que pedí lo quitaron de la web al dia siguiente de mi pedido para ponerlo directamente en ebay al triple de precio. Así que me quedo sin lo que pedí y sin respuesta de ellos. Una vergüenza.

I placed an order, but I had a problem with the payment. I contacted them by email and didn't receive a response. And it turns out that what I ordered was removed from the website the day after my order to put it directly on eBay at triple the price. So I'm left without what I ordered and without a response from them. Shameful.

Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben, aber es gab ein Problem mit der Zahlung. Ich habe sie per E-Mail kontaktiert und keine Antwort erhalten. Und es stellte sich heraus, dass meine Bestellung am Tag nach meiner Bestellung von der Website entfernt wurde, um sie zum dreifachen Preis direkt bei eBay anzubieten. Ich stehe also ohne meine Bestellung und ohne Antwort da. Schade.

Before knowing that I was going to receive the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra for Christmas... I decided to place an order worth a little over € 200.00. I completed the list on a Saturday night during Black Friday.

The order confirmation came immediately, along with a mail address.

After proudly telling my missus about the order and seeing her reaction, I was informed about the aforementioned so I decided to cancel the order. This is where the misunderstanding ON MY PART started and I urge you all to please read carefully as not to make the same mistake I made.

I followed the instructions on the document for order cancellations which were to be sent to another email address. I copied the email address from the order confirmation to be on the “safe side” and received the message, that the latter wasn’t accepting messages so I became a little suspicious and looked here. After seeing some of the negative reviews I told a mate who said that I should open a case with PayPal so that it’d be sorted before Christmas, which I did.

In retrospect I should have waited at least another day for an answer – as Black Friday week was of course everywhere and one can’t really expect an answer on a weekend! The dealer got in touch with me and I’ll getting my money back shortly, no problems whatsoever.

If the 3D printer doesn’t work out as I’d hoped I will be ordering again and hope, that I’ll be accepted as a customer - I have absolutely no issue whatsoever and cannot explain the negative reviews here.

Good prices fast shipping and good service. Just make sure to use the e-mail adress on the website for communication. The e-mail adress in the confirmation mail does not work.

Make sure you ask for tracking number for your orders. Shipping is fast, but mtgandmore rarely gives you tracking numbers which can be absolutely necessary for finding missing packages.

My experience with mtgandmore was not good in 2021-2023, but they have slightly improved now. I can say I highly recommend it now.

Cons
- No tracking numbers in conformation emails
- Some single miniatures are ridiculously expensive

A total scam
Purchased from them miniatures, placed an order for 400 euros. They sent a partial order for 100e and said they they will send the rest later. Then they just disappeared and didn´t answer to emails neither to call. People don´t get scammed

This site is the best place to buy figures for D&D made a big order for Wizkids figures for my D&D collection, paid, sent but no tracking number, Oliver did not respond to emails. After that he did and told me not to worry I got my tracking number, and the day after I received my packages, now Im busy painting them.
I got a new order soon. You can trust this site, but yes, you have to be patient.

A well made Scam.
"Oliver" was pretty quick to react at the beginning, reassuring and answering every question I had in mind.
From the moment I paid for my purchase he vanished.
From what I see, he lured more than one person into his trap and I even wonder if the positiv feedback are real or written up by that "Oliver".
As you might suspect I invite you to purchase from any other website instead of his.

Swift order process despite placing it on a weekend. Oliver provided great communication throughout the order process and packaged everything safely with lots of protection - every miniature arrived in perfect condition.

Malhonnête. Toujours des oublis dans les commandes et cela de façon récurrente. Acheteur, fuyez !

I bought a brick of Heroclix booster packs. I paid the money, they took my money, and then nothing has happened for 1½ month. They don't answer phone calls, they don't respond to emails or Facebook messages. Horrible experience, I've had to file a claim through PayPal, which is currently being processed. Never use this joke of a company, for your own good!
