I had been using Mtgox•com for some time, but eventually I was unable to access my account, which caused serious concern since there were still funds linked to it and no immediate explanation for the issue.
After some investigation, I learned that the platform had moved to a new domain, mtgox•us•com, and that previous users were required to continue on the new website. I reached out to the support team to explain what I was experiencing, and they provided clear guidance on what needed to be done.
The process took a bit of time and involved follow-up communication, but once I completed the required steps, I was able to log in successfully. I had full control of my account and could view and manage my funds without any problems.
While the situation was worrying at first, everything was eventually explained and resolved. From my experience, the support team was responsive and helped make the transition to the new platform manageable.

I first shared my experience on this platform on August 13th 2021 after encountering several issues with mtgox. On that day I submitted a support request in the hope of receiving proper guidance but to my disappointment no one from their team has ever responded directly to me. The only form of communication I received was a response to my earlier review posted here which gave me the impression that customer concerns are not being prioritized as they should be. From my perspective if Mtgox truly valued their customers and operated with a higher level of professionalism they would have designed the reactivation process to be optional rather than compulsory. Many loyal long-term customers myself included found this requirement inconvenient and unnecessary. That said once I eventually went through the reactivation I was able to process my withdrawal successfully and the funds reached my wallet without further issues. This shows that the withdrawal system itself works effectively once the conditions are met. However making the reactivation optional would have been a far more customer-friendly approach and would have inspired greater trust in the platform. As an old customer I can say with certainty that this single change would have led me and many others I know to give mtgox a much higher rating.

Scammed me sent money and they won't let you withdrawal your balance isn't real that's part of the scam.

I transferred my cryptocurrency to their address, but I have never seen my funds again.

Precisely because I cannot get an answer from the company, I had to register on different platforms and at least somehow try to contact them.

There is no answer from the support service, they do not answer letters, apparently they do not want to return MY money to me.

I do not recommend starting to work with them!

The slothish owner was way out of his depth and his handling of the implosion of the company has been criminal.
