Difficult to give a review without having completed yet. What I like: The exercises proposed for every topic work. I have discovered hidden restrictions in my body I didn't know about. What I don't like: It is difficult to know if one is doing some of the exercises correctly: posture and alignment of spine, pelvis etc. Is difficult to control without help. In the description it was said that you could do the course from home with basic equipment, but I ended up in the gym for most of it. Many of the equipment used is not listed in the FAQ: theracane, kettlebells, biofeedback bands, hard and soft medicine ball... Plus if you are alone you will need mirrors to check you are doing it correctly. I think the description of the course should be updated and more clear about it.

Købte 10 uger programmet for nogle måneder siden, og har aldrig haft bedre kropsholdning end jeg har fortiden. God indsigt i hvorfor man gør, som man gør, og hvilke ting man skal justere på for at opnå komplet bevægelighed. Har ligeledes haft enorm meget gavn af resistance bands til øvelser og for fokuseret vejrtrækning. Sidst er toe spreader fremragende til at give mobilitet tilbage i tæerne. Kun de varmeste anbefalinger herfra!

Bought equipment and the 10 week course. Haven’t been able to finish it yet but I still think it’s 100% worth. Not only does the 10 week course help get healthier and in better shape, it is also very to learn about your own body and understand it better

The 10 Week Course 2.0
I am a aspring footballer at a high youth level, and my game and speed has only increased, since using Mads Tömörkènyis programs and exercises for 2 years. The 2.0 Course is a great update from the 1.0 Course, with a much more detalied description of each exercise and better explanation. It can be hard in the beginning to fully understand Mads’ teachings, but eventually everything will make sense. It’s really just a breath of fresh air compared to all the mainstream traditional fitness ideas nowadays. I wish to reach a really high level one day, and believe with Mads’ work he can help me achieve that.
