Excellent in every way.

My daughter and I have just successfully completed the FREC3 course run by Harrison. Both the content and delivery were excellent and we felt very much supported throughout the week.

The facilities at Snetterton are perfect, with a lovely classroom area and a comprehensive practical training and assessment room too.

Jessica was also very supportive and nothing was too much trouble when it came to any questions we had re enrolment and attending the course.

Thoroughly recommended and we will be looking to enrol on their FREC4 course - We wouldn’t want to do it anywhere else !

Harrison was a great instructor couldn’t fault him one bit. Learnt a lot from the course and would definitely use mts for further training.

The trainer was engaging, knowledgeable and had relevant experience in previous medic roles. It therefore felt like a full 360 degree exposure to the subject.

I did my FREC 3 with the guys at MTS Jess and Harrison were amazing all week. Harrison, in particular, is a wizard at making things fun, enjoyable, and easy to digest (no spoonful of sugar needed) will definitely do my FREC 4 with them.

It was a wonderful training of 2 days. All aspects of ALS well explained, good training and encouraged to ask any doubts. Our mentors corrected us and trained us. All the instructors were very approachable and took all our doubts seriously and explained it well and made sure that we understood it.

Well what can I say?! - MTS are fantastic training provider that I did my course with (unlike all of my previous training provider). When I first signed up to this course, the pre-course information that the admin team sent me was very helpful (especially with shop and hotel recommendation!) free parking which was a bonus!

Because of my certain disability, the trainer and admin is very supportive to my need and adapt teaching method in the way I understand which is one, big plus!

On my first day of the course, I was somewhat confident as I held previous qualification, but my skill was faded and my certificate expired. Trainer did everything perfectly to trying to make it visual as much as possible and that could be in forms of a video, hand/gesture impression, scenarios and many more. When he introduced himself to the group, I was very happy that the fact that his experiences as a Paramedic, but also very valuable experiences in many of his other role! This implies to me that I was confident that I had REAL professional teaching me compared to my old course tutor who either is freshly qualified or did not hold enough experience to teach.

I can also say that the trainer hold not only serious/professional outlook to teach the course, but also can crack funny/joke from times to times which is brilliant way to engage with the learners.

Coming into my final day of my course, I felt lot more confident than I did on my first day! I really enjoyed my time here.

If it of any help to you, I actually rebooked another qualification with them in the future and for this time, I am looking forward to coming back.

Avoid at all costs

I signed up for my 1 day Advanced Life Support with Medical Training Solutions and it was an exceptional experience!
The pre-course communication was excellent. Jessica was always prompt with replies and information and I got my course manual within 3 days of booking the course.

The faculty members were outstanding. They were very understanding, encouraging and knowledgeable. We were able to go through not just skills but also run through many repeated scenarios in small groups so that all of us got individual feedback and could hold different roles (Team lead, airways, defib, CPR). My special thank you to Gilbert, Ollie, Sara and Mark who were with us during a majority of the day. Their approachable, encouraging and well-played out scenarios made this a very fun course indeed!
Cannot wait for another course here!

Great tutor this week. As Harrison and Jess very professional but put everyone at ease so the hole class get through the course.

Thank you MTS for a great FREC3 course delivered by Harrison and Dave. Jess was great and helped me out by allowing me to split the days due to my work commitments. The instruction and assessments from Harrison and Dave were well delivered and I felt that I learnt a lot. I am now more confident in my skills when working on events as a first aider. I would recommend MTS for anyone considering doing a FREC3 course.

Great learning environment with great tutors. I will be using this company again.
