After 11 years I had to claim on my pet insurance for my beautiful doggo due to a ruptured cranial crucial ligament and an operation required. It was extremely stressful on its own but the customer service received from Muddy Paws was fantastic. I couldnt have asked for nicer people to speak to. They went through everything with me and didnt seem annoyed at all my questions due to this being the first time having to go through something like this. Their professionalism really gave me some relief in a horrible situation. The only shame about the policy was for that specific ligament although very common it only covered a certain amount and not my full policy amount but I knew that when I signed up. With that though I am glad I chose Muddy Paws to insure my girl because I couldnt have asked for better service. Everything was so easy to deal with. Thankyou so much.

Making a claim when your pet is unwell is always stressful in addition to what you are going through already. The process to start the claim with Muddy Paws was incredibly easy and I was kept informed of each stage of the process and who was investigating the claim. I tend to move insurers each year but this claim has been very smooth and I would be happy to remain with Muddy Paws in the future.
