I placed an order on April 19th 2026. About 5 minutes after, I received an email that said my order had been cancelled, but that my payment had NOT been refunded. How ridiculous. I've been reaching out to the company since that date (it's now May 2nd) and while they agree that the situation is confusing, they have done nothing to refund the $70 I was charged for 2 coffee products. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've filed a claim on my credit card to get the credit back, but the amount of effort I've now spent isn't worth any amount of MUDWTR. Buyer beware of this total scam.

LOVE the taste! I even switched from another Mushroom drink product as I really enjoy MUD/WTR BEST!!!

I had such high hopes for this product with all the high reviews. I wonder if anyone ever leaves an honest review that isn't praise over the top praise.

The coffee version is undesirable in my opinion. The coffee taste is very bitter. No amount of honey or raw milk hit that. The original is okay but not great. My hopes were so high that I ordered multiple items which will end up in the trash or fins someone out there that likes the gritty, cakey texture.

I've tried multiple mushroom blends and use functional mushrooms daily in my life. The original is overwhelmingly heavy on a turmeric taste which I also use daily in tea blends. I know the taste of these ingredients.

Just sharing that not everyone has over the top praise.

Love the mud! My brain is definitely functioning well. Such clarity of mind--at 57 taking away my daily cup of Joe and replacing with the coffee blend...stir, stir, stir...I'm sharp as a tack...remembering easily where my keys are, people's names, long-forgotten stuff popping into my mind! Mudwater is great. I thought it was a trendy gimmick at first but the drink has really helped me break a lifelong caffeine habit. Which is really good for the body. It really is a great morning ritual.

I have loved drinking Mud/Water in place of my morning coffee routine! I'm getting all the great health benefits from the great ingredients and not the negative effects of too much caffeine. I feel calm and full of energy throughout the day! Plus it tastes great 👍🏻

Wonderful product. I no longer drink coffee because the truth is you don't know what is being sprayed on those coffee beans. I add just a bit of honey to my mud water and it tastes great and my digestive tract has never felt better.

Love this product in the beginning I didn’t know if it was working but now I’m in my fourth week and I can tell the energy has shifted in my body and I am not having the coffee cravings or crashes anymore. Very happy I chose this product.

I didn't expect to like the taste of anything with all the mushrooms and a coffee alternative (because I don't like coffee, either) but wanted to health and focus benefits. As someone who started my day with chai, I really like the taste. It's a nice cross between cocoa and chai. I mix mine 1/2 whole milk, 1/2 hot water, and 6-8 drops of stevia with a Tsp scoop. I know that last two swallows will be gritty, but, considering all the organically sourced ingredients, I just down it like a vitamin! Just got my first refill. Came at just about the right time. I think I have about a week's worth left.

Matcha is my favorite, but they are all amazing. I can absolutely tell when I don’t start my morning with a cup of this. I do double it up and I am extremely sad when I run out. Easily lost 10 pounds and never came back… Definitely keeps you regular. That’s for sure, but not like an explosion.😂♥️

I got this product thinking it would be a good experience. Just trying to get that container opened though was an unfortunate nightmare. The powder spilled everywhere because of how tightly the lid was put on. I had a use a knife to get that open and the powder went everywhere. Do better. I don’t even know if I want to drink this anymore.

Love mud water I saw a difference in my alertness and energy in one week! Only downside is the shipping is a little slow and the communication on arrival of an item is not great. Love the emails and testimonials and recipes. I’m a fan and I recommend this to friends.

I have been experimenting with herbal supplements to help me with my focus and anxiety and regulate my sleep and gut health
I found that Mud Wtr helped me with this and was able to decrease the amount of supplements I had been taking

It's been an easy, tasty and satisfying transition, incorporating MUD/WTR into my morning and often afternoon routine!

I was skeptical of mushroom coffee but I have been pleasantly surprised! It tastes wonderful and I do not miss my daily coffee at all. I had planned on trying other brands but now I wonder why I would bother. Mud water is exceptional.

Approx 30 servings is a humongous lie. I buy this stuff because my disabled adult son saw an ad and thinks its beneficial. Instructions say mix one tablespoon, i literally use a tablespoon measuring spoon. Whole container gone in less than two weeks. Marketing lies don't instill consumer trust in you already hippie dippie people.

I enjoyed the focus sessions that followed my forst purchase. It gave me ways to help with startimg a new routine.

Mud/wtr cacao Masala Chai
I was gifted this, just read ‘chai masala’ and not the list of ingredients. Was not delicious but I drank it anyway. Not long afterwards I experienced hot flushes, and my heart was racing, and I felt awful, similar to a panic attack. My ears were tinny as well. I started feeling nauseous. Not nice. This was a small cortado sized serving. An hour later and I’m getting a headache.

My husband and I really enjoy the flavor but more importantly the focus we have after drinking our morning MudWtr…
It gives me focus and energy without feeling stressed out or jittery.
We ran out and we definitely missed the calm focus it gives us so I ordered the 90 servings so we won’t run out again. We love it!!
