SCAM! Will repeatedly charge your card multiple times for various amounts. I was charged over $90 in 5 days!!! I was not notified at all and had no idea they would charge my card like this! Please PLEASE AVOID at all costs! No way to view receipts, billing or payment methods at ALL!

SCAM - after completing one test, if you open the PDF they will automatically subscribe you. No consent whatsoever. So, I was surprised to see £39.95 coming out of my account. The fraud department of my bank are well aware of multitests.org and luckily they have refunded me and are now chasing them down. It appears that many others have fallen into this subscription trap, so do NOT use multitests. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is a scam business designed to generate subscription revenue from customers who suppose they are buying a one-off product. Do not use.

Be careful with this brand, they make money by first charging you £1.25 for test, there are no results but you need to log in to get them so they count it as ‘using their services’

Once you log in, then two days later they charge £39.95 without informing you beforehand in an email, they say it is stated in some paragraph somewhere but it is hidden and unclear and although you still have not got any results from the first test that you pay £1.25 for and they have not provided a solution, they will take the charge for no service provided.

When I complained about the £39.95 they said I waived my refund rights as I logged into their site, which means I used the service. To be clear I logged in to see the results of the £1.25 test which I did not find and I complained and they did not fix it, they kept delaying me until they charged the subscription and now they will not refund it. I have reported them and the transaction to my bank and I reported the company to ASA and trading standards.

Purchased one ADHD test for $1.29. Waited for it to give results as it was going to charge me to sped up the results… this was the first indication it was a scam. Have been charged twice since then. Once for a subscription for $50 which i didn’t sign up for. And again after cancelling this so called subscription for another $29usd this time. What a scam.

They are trying to steal my money!!! I bought something for $1.25 and now you are trying to take 29.99 from me!! I'm going to tell your review that!

They are scam and will steal your money, go to another site to get a free test.

First the test is shown as free but once you go to view your results there is required payments. Even after looking through the website nowhere does it say that once purchases is complete you are purchasing two separate subscription. Not until payment is asked there is fine print that shows how the payments will be processed. Even when reading the terms and conditions no where does it say you have to cancel two subscriptions instead of just one that is advertised on the website. As cancelation is a category it as well doesn't state having to cancel two different subscriptions and only explains how to do the main subscriptions.

J'ai payer 1,25€ pour avoir accès au résultats de mon test ce qui m'a paru honnête. Cependant, ce que je n'avais pas noté c'est que je venais de souscrire à un abonnement mensuel de 49,95€, je me suis donc fait prélevé 3 jours après. J'ai donc fait réclamation mais on me dit que c'est dans la politique d'engagement qu'un remboursement est impossible !
Je souligne cependant leur rapidité de réponse à mon problème. Mais qui ne sera donc pas résolue.

This is a total SCAM. They subscribe you automatically without consent, but I was smart enough to read the reviews so I cancelled my subscription immediately. They still charged me 29.95€ out of nowhere 8 days later. So it doesn’t matter whether you unsubscribe or not, they will find an excuse to charge you.
The positive reviews you may see here are a “requirement” from them to be able to receive test results.

Re occurring hidden charges be aware of this when u sign up and cancel immediately. Been charged 3 times even after cancelling. We received the report but never expected to be charged $53 and the another $42

Fraud. This website stole money out of my Apple account without consent to purchase anything. Getting refunded or through to customer support has been a nightmare.

This is a scam. Do not use this website! Within days my account was debited over £60 on two different transactions. No reply when requesting a refund. I had to call my bank to block further transactions.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Avoid these con artists at all costs. They offer an online test for £1.25, you take the test and they send the results to your email and say that there has been a 65p charge for the test and a 60p charge for access to read the results - you are given a log in and go to read the results that you have paid for. Pretty basic AI content, vague, ambiguous and useless. Once you have accessed the account they then a few days later add a charge on that has not been agreed to explicity of £39.99 as a monthly subscription. So far they have replied stating that because I logged into get the results I had already paid for that I am to be charged a month's subscription. Total, immoral scumbags

Behind this website are many hidden costs that take effect immediately (even if the website is not working).

This is a rip-off; don't get involved.
