SCAM WEBSITE!!!!! BEWARE THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUDS!!!!! LOST 2000+ RS

Ordered 50 flower bouquet for gifting on 50th birthday but got a different bouquet with very few flowers delivered.

Customer service number is out of service.

Only way to reach is via complaint which doesn't respond based on urgency!

Absolutely ridiculous. These guys offer a "Guaranteed delivery" on the same day for certain pincodes, which I verified before placing the order. Even though I placed the order the day before, it did not reach in time. I called them up, asking about it and they just brushed it off and said that anyhow it would reach by 8:30 for sure. After that they've been unreachable.

It did not get delivered by 8:30 that day.

It reached the NEXT day at 9:30. The day AFTER the promised and "guaranteed" day. Which ruined the whole experience, and the whole occassion and the value of it was missed. Waste of money.

The customer service sucks, they do NOT get the orders delivered when promised. The company is a FRAUD!!!

Good phone customer service and quality of product.
I placed two orders and both delivered in good time and quality

The flower shop did an amazing job and delivered the arrangements seamlessly during a very hard time and day for my family. Great customer service and easy to navigate website. 100% recommend.
