The guy was so helpful only if everyone was like him

The guy that set me up with mumsure was so so brilliant and was trying to explain to me what he was meaning if I didnt understand

And was giving me much excellent experience and was really brilliant guy he should get a really good compilation

Do not trust this company!!

Do not trust this company!!! Ask them to send you the actual policy before you go ahead and give them your bank details and see how far you get, see how reluctant they are to do that! It took 3 phone calls of me repeatedly asking for the policy before it was sent! Who in the world is entering into contacts and policies without reading the contact and policy first?? There must be a lot of you because he acted like I was asking for something completely out or the ordinary and continually disagreed with me that it was common sense to do that! Then to add to that
.Please be warned if you do not go ahead with giving your bank details and setting it up on the same day as your offer you will be called CONTINUOUSLY, they use 3 or 4 different numbers to try and catch you, you will be harassed! And then if you point blank refuse to deal with them anymore they will then pass your details on as a lead for ANOTHER sales agent. There’s something extremely dodgy about a company that does not want you to see the policy that you’re signing up for! You’ve been warned!!!!

We would like to clarify our process regarding policy documentation. On the day the policy goes live, the product provider generates your welcome pack and posts it first class, which typically means customers receive their documentation within three to five working days. An SMS is also sent containing the adviser's contact details for any immediate queries.
As a telephone based service, our agents are trained to explain all the features and particulars of the policy during the call, and to check throughout that you fully understand before committing. The documentation provided serves as written confirmation of the information discussed, for you to review and retain for your records. We encourage our agents to address any concerns at the point of sale, and you benefit from a 30 day cancellation period should you wish to make changes or cancel after reviewing your documents.
Regarding contact frequency, we are sorry if you felt our follow up calls were excessive. This is not the experience we aim to provide.
Our average Trustpilot rating is close to five stars, and we are thankful that the experience you have described is not typical of the feedback we receive from our customers. However, we are always keen to understand where we can improve.
