We had an absolutely wonderful evening with Murder Mystery on the opening night of a hen weekend. Steve's communication in the lead up to the night was brilliant, and he was super flexible (and relaxed!) when our plans slightly changed as they always do with bigger groups re: food and numbers. The scripts were clear and great fun, characters well chosen and easy to replicate, and it was super to get dressed up and get in character (which we were encouraged to do!). Both actors were absolutely brilliant - they were really engaging, they read the room/ their audience well and then reflected that superbly in being not too serious with us lot! The only thing that might have been nice would have been a few props - the setting for ours was on a boat, and whilst the "captain" was dressed up, perhaps some cardboard portholes with the view of the sea outside and a wheel could have been provided? Not to say that this detracted from our enjoyment of the night - I would definitely recommend Murder Mystery highly! Thank you so much for everything Steve - you are a star and it was a blast!!

We arranged a Murder Mystery evening for a Hen Party at a manor house. The process was very well managed from start to finish. I communicated with Steve, he was very helpful and guided us through arranging the whole evening. The actors arrived on time and were very entertaining and ran the evening around our needs. The plot was excellent and the guest really enjoyed dressing up and getting into character. We had the best time and great memories were made. I could not recommend this enough for a fun lively activity for a party. Everyone had a blast.

This was booked as part of my daughters hen party and it was fab! We all totally enjoyed it. We were kept on track by the organisers who were very patient and professional.

I booked this experience for my friends hen do and what a night we had! The whole experience, from booking to the night itself, was seamless. Behind the scenes, Steve was super responsive to all our questions and sent out the character info with plenty of time before the event. On the night, we had a blast and the actors were fantastic. We laughed from start to finish! The food was lovely and all the staff at the hotel were so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this to any groups looking for a fun evening!

Fantastic evening! Booked for a hen do,the story was personalised for our bride to be and everyone had an equal part to play in the murder mystery. The actors were great and kept the story moving along, whilst allowing us all a little creative freedom. Really enjoyed and cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic experience at our hen party. The script and the actors were hilarious and it was super easy for everyone to dress as their character. I was worried being a group of 14 people that half of us would be side characters with little involvement but everyone has a significant role and we loved every minute

We had an amazing time at the murder mystery event for a hen party. All 25 of us enjoyed it immensely; the personalised and engaging story was expertly crafted, involved everyone and really had us belly laughing. The mystery unfolded throughout our meal, with breaks allowing us to enjoy dinner alongside the event. I've attended a few murder mysteries before, and this one was by far my favourite.

Booked the Bride themed murder mystery for my sisters hen do. Was the just the right amount of participation, a good mix of silly & sleuthing for the hens actually paying attention! The actors were lovely & very flexible to work around our needs! Great fun would definitely recommend!

We booked the murder mystery dinner party for my sisters Hen Do and had such an amazing time. The actors were not only hilarious and ran the night wonderfully they were also lovely! Our chef Carlton was incredible, the food was amazing and was presented beautifully. We were especially grateful as my sister has a few food allergies and he went to such effort to make sure she was catered for and her food was delicious. The night ran so smoothly and the Bride had such a good time, would definitely recommend.

Really great night had by all, I found the whole experience really good, the booking system is very easy and made it easier for me to arrange for my sister hen party as there was a large group of us. Very helpful co-ordinators and fast responses to any questions I had. Great value for money with everything included, hotel staff was very friendly, food was nice, prices for drinks a little pricey but was expected, the function room was set up great and was private for our party. The murder mystery actors was great, talked us through everything and made the night most enjoyable. We had great fun dressing up and getting in character. It was nice that the theme was personalised around the bride and groom too. Would highly recommend and would definitely do one of the murder mystery events again!

The actors were such good fun and the whole evening was amazing. The storyline was fantastic and the props were great. We all absolutely loved it. Thanks again!

Overall, the event was great fun! The more effort everyone puts in, the better it is, and our group really went for it, so we were belly-laughing all evening. We got to assign the characters to our group members in advance, and then everyone was sent a formal invitation letter to give them their character briefs (including costume ideas) and begin to build excitement a couple of weeks in advance. The actors arrived promptly, and were great throughout the evening, allowing us to have breaks when we wanted and pace the evening ourselves (we didn't have food provided by Murder Mystery Meals, we just cooked). The storyline was more difficult than we expected, and the clues, props, and scene scripts were really well thought out. The only reason I can't give 5 stars, is because of a couple of minor heteronormative assumption frustrations - we originally booked a different storyline that we were really looking forward to, but were then told after paying the deposit that the storyline couldn't be accommodated for us having 2 brides, instead of a bride & groom... we were then also told that 2 of our group would have to play male characters in this new story, because of the assumption that our group was all-female, when we actually had a split gender group.

Easy booking system, helped spread the payments which helped as we had such a large hen party group. Made simple for people to be able to set up their own accounts and pay small amounts at a time. The company is very helpful, communication was great, and each event ran on time. The murder mystery was fantastic highly recommend! Great weekend

Great ice breaker for the first night of our Hen Do! We had such an amazing time, the actors were great and got everybody involved! An evening full of laughs, thanks for a fab time.

I booked this event for my mums 50th birthday and we all had so much fun! The actors, Leo and Sarah were great, even though they never met before they bounced off one another and made the experience really enjoyable! Definitely will be doing this again!

Such a fantastic evening doing a murder mystery for my sisters Hen party. Everyone had so much fun, the story was personable and well crafted, the bride loved it! The actors, Stephen and Estelle were awesome and hilarious. The mystery was guided through our meal with breaks so that we could eat in between. If you want to upscale your dinner party and have a laugh, I couldn’t recommend murder mystery meals more!! Will definitely book in future. Thanks again to Steve and the actors.
