I ordered an abstract painting of a deer from MauroArt. I know there are other companies that will use the same artist which I believe the artist are all out of China. I used this company because they are the only one that had all positive reviews. I worked with a lady named Emily and she sent me photos of the art work to make sure I was happy with it. I wanted some changes made and it took about three times to get the painting the way I liked it and I was kept informed the whole time. Emily was very patient and kind. Once I approved the painting, it was shipped out the very next day. It took less than a week to receive it and I was very pleased with my artwork. This is the only company I will use in the future if I order any more paintings.

We received our painting. Very amateurish compared to website example. The colors are pretty, but the painting itself looks like it was done by a child.
Also, we received an invoice from UPS to pay the tariff that they had paid for us.
That was a surprise.

The piece of art looks like a 12 year old smeared toothpaste for the waves. It is terrible. They claim hassle free returns too, but you have to ship back to China. Their address on the credit card makes it look like Denver. It costs more to ship than the horrible piece of art. They will not refund the money. They offered $150 off to keep the awful piece of artwork. DO NOT ORDER from them.

I ordered 2 paintings. Both are completely different then what was shown on the website. One which I finally approved after months of re-dos arrived with gold metallic paint. Possibly a gold foil. I never approved that. The other is simply not the painting that I ordered. I am awaiting their response for them to pickup these 2 painting and a full refund.
They say 100% satisfaction. They say returnable. I will be contacting my credit card company in 24 hours if this is not resolved. They dragged this out for 3 months trying to make
adjustments. I'm done.
Numerous attempts to receive a return lable. They refuse. My cost to send them back to China is $1,064.00. They treat this as a joke. I paid almost $1,400.00. for a wrong piece and a ruined piece.
I had to turn this over to my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. What I received looks nothing like what was advertised on your website. The product was supposed to be black and brown, yet I received something with a glaring orange tint—completely off from what was shown. Your excuse about "hand-painted variations" is ridiculous and unacceptable when you're charging premium prices and showcasing a specific product.

When customers buy online, they rely on your photos and descriptions. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, then you're running a scam—plain and simple. Your unwillingness to take accountability, issue a refund, or even provide a return label shows how little you care about customer satisfaction or integrity.

I wasn’t sure how the painting would look in real life, but I’m so impressed. The colors are exactly as shown, and the texture adds such a nice touch. It really gives my bedroom a cozy and elegant feel.

They stole my art. I randomly saw their website with my art. They took it from my Etsy shop without asking. I believe they take the image and imitate it with oil painting. Don't support these frauds!

I just opened my art and hung it up and it is beautiful! Shipping took a while but that was because of the postal service, not the seller. Seller was quick torespond and easy to work with.Highly recommend!

The result was what we expected A beautiful shore scene that compliments another paintingthat we have. The delivery took a few days longer than planned due to a customs inspection but otherwise went as described.
