Paul and Bernard are pros. Had them deliver and put together a couch today and a table last weeks. Proper lads, in and out. A credit to Michael Murphys

Tadhg, John, Brendan delivered our sofa on time. Communication was excellent. Sofa was safely placed in the lounge.

Great service from Rory and Cezary, the new bed and mattress arrived within the window period given a few days prior with an updated accurate arrival time that morning. Very quick and tidy job assembling the new bed and removal of the old one!

To be transparent I was asked to leave a review for the "delivery service" as the guys get commission on 5 Star reviews. So 5 stars for Paul & Bernard, as they were great....
However this is supposed to be a review of the company and whole experience, not just the delivery, so seems like a cheeky tactic for 5star reviews. I was given a card with qr code link to here with their names for easy reviews. Check other reviews as many are just naming their delivery guys ( I also got a follow up text when I didn't leave a review within a couple of hours from them).
... For my overall experience I'd definitely be leaving just '4-stars' for the company and purchase experience. At time of purchase there appeared to be many of our chairs in stock. And on the phone was told I could see it at more than one showroom. However after purchase it took 2 months to receive the chairs due to waiting on stock resupply. Was unable to get a date initially when calling to enquire on not having a delivery date. So be warned, they may not be aware or think to highlight lead time on orders. We ordered on June 3rd, recieved on August 10th.
Hate leaving the 4 Star but this would not been seen otherwise... Again 5 Stars for delivery as Paul & Bernard had great communication and arrived exactly on time, so their €5 commission should still stand if running a fair internal system.

Excellent overall experience from purchase to delivery. The initial purchase and customer service were handled professionally and efficiently. The delivery and assembly were carried out by Paul and Bernard, who were outstanding: punctual, careful, and very efficient. They assembled the bed frame quickly, ensured everything was perfectly in place, and were friendly and respectful throughout. The entire process, from ordering to installation, was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Valencia, the Customer Sales Representative, was extremely helpful and showed me several tables and bookcases and arranged delivery promptly, once I made my choice. She also followed up on a Notting Bay armchair and another 2 seater sofa, that I liked and sent a quote for it to me later, in case I was still interested,.

Briliant service. Ordered a bed + mattress. John & Tadgh delivered & assembled. Very nice, quick & clean. Would highly recommend paying the few extra quid for a service like this
