Carla was very efficient and helpful throughout the booking experience. She was thoughtful and considerate when we experienced a minor problem through no fault of anyone.

The travel agent gave us very helpful advice in planning where to stay on Fuerteventura. They also handled the whole booking procedure and printed off all the necessary boarding passes and vouchers. We were given the contact details of Murray Travel which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that they were always available if anything untoward was to happen.

A friendly and efficient experience from the moment we walked through the door, even our dog was made welcome and given a biscuit.
Communication has been excellent and expectations fully met, I would highly recommend and will certainly be booking with Dot and Murray Travel in the future.

I have used Murray Travel on many many occasions. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes companies will offer to 'get back' to me with an answer to my request, whereas Murray Travel can usually answer straight away suggesting what is and what is not feasible.
I have travelled widely maybe not making things easy or straightforward for them but they have always thoroughly researched all options to meet my more unusual requests.
The atmosphere in my local branch is warm and welcoming. The staff take a genuine interest and I often pop in after a trip to share my experiences.
My latest trip was a personal tour to Pakistan, India and Bhutan. I was treated like a family friend.

We've used Murray Travel a few times now and have always been delighted with the experience. Jen is so patient with us and nothing is too much trouble for her. The communication is excellent and she makes sure that everything is covered to ensure we have a trouble free holiday. We will definitely be using Murray Travel for our next break.

Aimee and her team at Murray Travel Forres helped us organise a five week trip to New Zealand from which we have just returned. We have been using Murray travel for a few years now and Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure we have the holiday arrangements required to make everything run without a hitch.. all I need do is phone or email Murray Travel and say “I’m looking to go to New Zealand Tracy! Then within a couple of hours I have flights meals seats booked and all documents sorted and we are ready to go.. yes!! Murray Travel experience is done is a beautiful setting, lovely calm reassuring family feel. Yes they do a great service..Murray Travel, brilliant all the way!!

Trying to organise a family cruise holiday can be a challenge so leaving it in the hands of Murray Travel proved to be the best decision I’ve made. From the flights, transfers, hotel and cruise itself it couldn’t have gone smoother . Nothing was too much trouble and whatever silly question I thought I had they answered and made me feel the holiday planning was in safe hands. Holidays can be expensive and a badly organised holiday can be stressful and traumatic. I will not hesitate in using Murray Travel for any holiday whether it’s for a few days or a few weeks . Attentive service from Kacie, listened to our holiday requirements and sourced a good range of holidays for us to choose from. Had a lovely break away with all documentation provided in a handy A5 folder. Great contact details for when we were away in case we needed assistance (we didn't but it was reassuring to have). Taking into account all our needs and requests and communicating everything we required. The holiday we booked was in Corfu and we were very happy with all aspects. We have used Murray Travel on numerous occasions for both city breaks and for longer holidays and they have always been fantastic. For our most recent trip Susan provided us with numerous options on location and hotel following our brief with each one hitting the mark. We eventually settled on Ceasars Gardens Hotel in Lindos Rhodes which was fantastic. So quiet and relaxing with excellent standard of service.

I was nervous about my first holiday in 6 years, involving carrying medical equipment and attending an overseas clinic. I shouldn’t have worried, Susan Freeman at Murray Travel in Inverness took over all the travel arrangements which gave us trouble-free easy journeys and a brilliant holiday. Using a travel agent is inevitably more expensive than doing everything yourself, but the benefits hugely outweigh the extra cost. We had all our paperwork dealt with, special assistance through the airports and reassuring updates when necessary. I will definitely use Murray Travel again and recommend others.

Everything was organised down to last letter. No worries for travelling, transfer and hotel accommodation - went like clockwork. Tony found us a holiday exactly what we wanted, nothing was a problem. Thank you.
