Far exceeded my expectations!

The personalized key holder is just beautiful.
It was just as I hope it would be. Terrific craftsmanship too. It came with a template and screws to hang it up.
It was came on time and was super well protected. Inside the outer box was a nice box with a little cord bow. So cute!

A Heartwarming Gift

My girlfriend absolutely loved her product. It was beautifully crafted and had a meaningful impact. I will note, if choosing standard shipping, and ordering to the US, allow for plenty of shipping time. But this product was a great way to commemorate our first date in Little Italy, Cleveland, OH.

Surpassed All Expectations!

I purchased the “Where it all began” wooden map for my husband and our 5th anniversary gift, and the whole customer service experience was smooth with great communication. I was anxious about purchasing this at first because it was made and shipped from another country—so was worried about communication and shipping timelines. But they surpassed all expectations. Simple website customization, received a mock-up of my design before production, and also the chance to confirm my shipping address. Also, it arrived 4 days earlier than expected.

I will keep this company in mind for future gift ideas!
