I haven't tried the meals but their costomer service and complaint handling process was far below than the other suppliers. I live in an apartment in busy street in Melbourne city. I instructed my delivery to be left in the mail room where there's 24/7 concerige stay in the building. But their carrier left it at the front gate on busy saturday night and it got stolen. Contacted the MuscleDiets but they charge me the fee for re-delivery and put the blame on me and insisted I'd have no choice other than accept their offer. I refused it and successfully claim the money back by payment dispute through my bank. Very disappointed with their service.

Not sure how I complain about the service delivered by MuscleDiets as it is non-existent. Like many of the other reviewers on this platform I attempted to cancel my order and subscription prior to the due date as we had made arrangements to be out of town for the Christmas period. Despite this the meals arrived and my card was charged. Luckily the delivery arrived on the day before we left Melbourne. I therefore placed the 14 meals - not every option I had chosen - into our fridge freezer and tried to contact MuscleDiets to arrange a return. As there is no direct phone contact I left a message and got a recorded message that someone would get back to me, “most likely within 24 hours”. Didn’t happen. So I have tried to contact them on a number of occasions since, seeking advice on a return and refund. Still no response. I have now disposed of the meals as the use by date of 22/12/2025 has now well and truly passed.
Don’t be tempted. Avoid this company.

Shady practices all around. I cancelled after one use, yet my card was charged 8 days later. Customer service was blunt and unhelpful, like they’d done this a hundred times before. Felt intentional

I’ve never dealt with a company this disrespectful. Charged me 6 days after cancellation, then acted like I was the problem for raising it. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. Avoid.

Hostile company, charged me 4 days after I cancelled my subscription and somehow won a paypal case

They have failed in one of the most needed skills to run a customer service business, Communication!

On there we page it states very clearly

It's an answering service only, and they will only get back to you once it's to late to sort your issue.

They need to update their web page you can even close your account...

The food is vacuum pack which means that the mash potato becomes part of the chicken.

They substituted almost half of the meals I ordered with sausages. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other food prep companies doing a better job. These meals are not very good.

Out of the 14 meals I chose 6/14 were correct. They substituted with meals they thought were equivalent, without any consultation and that I do not eat. They deleted my review from their facebook page and have not responded to my calls and emails regarding rectification with what was actually ordered or a refund. Appalling customer service!

DO NOT order, their customer services are hopeless! They do listen and cannot read emails. I ordered meals and they completely stuffed up the delivery date by losing the order. They decided to find my order after I contacted them, did not consult me and then wanted to deliver when I told them I’d ordered the meals for my son who was then interstate. 1*

I wish I found these guys earlier! Food is tasty and there is so much variety to choose from. Website is so easy to use and delivery has been faultless for me! Favourite food has to be the Creamy Tomato Chicken with Penne Pasta.

I complied with the terms and conditions when cancelling my order and I continued to be billed. My profile said that I had no orders pending and that my subscription had been cancelled and my credit card was billed. When the 1300 number was called, there was an answering machine, and nobody returned the calls.
