I am taking piano lessons for more than one year with Musecool. I have made significant progress thanks to the care and attention of my teacher Uliana who is an amazing pianist and teacher. I have also progressed in music theory which is important.I am an old beginner but thanks to Musecool I can play more and more difficult music pieces

We've been having flute lessons with Lisa from MuseCool for about 2 years. These lessons have been great, and my daughter has really learned well and enjoys the lessons. Lisa is an excellent teacher. She also performed in a concert which they organised which was fantastic. The app is easy to use and the lessons are good value.

My son has been having online piano lessons with MuseCool for almost 15 months. Uliana Selska is very knowledgeable and extremely skilful. She's a patient teacher and has guided my son in passing his Grade 4 piano exam. Each lesson is well paced and he's always progressing. His cousin even joined him for a lesson, which was great fun for both of them.

My son had been doing the online violin lessons and Andrew is really great. He's very patient and understanding to our needs. I really appreciate the flexibility of doing the online lessons because there are certain days that my son could not make it for the lesson and we managed to do the lesson on another day. I highly recommend Musecool! 😁

My son had a lesson with Ian and really enjoyed the experience. Ian really concentrated on the lesson and in turn got my son to also concentrate on drumming. He will be back next week and we are looking forward to it.

I've been with Musecool for around 2 years now, and I can't praise them highly enough.

I'm learning piano with Dr Serhiy Kudrynetskyy, and he really is a superb musician and a wonderful teacher. He also regularly plays both classical and jazz concerts, so he really knows his stuff. I'm thrilled that's he's not just teaching me to 'play the piano', he's actually teaching me to be a musician and artist. Wonderful. Sign up now. My daughter is doing online Piano classes with Ms Olena Markevych for almost a year now. She loves the classes.

Yuliia has been teaching me violin for the last 2 months. I have been taught sight reading along side different scales on the violin which has helped me improve so much. Every lesson is designed to give effective learning. Additionally, you receive a feedback email after every lesson stating what went well and what should be practiced. Musecool is an amazing company and i recommend that everyone joins it!!

My 5.5 years old daughter takes violin lessons at home for more than one year. We are very happy to select Musecool and thanks to them for assigning the right teacher for us. Eve Quigley is the best music teacher we’ve seen!

I was looking for a piano tutor for my two children and the service was great. A number of tutors were found that worked around our schedule. Price is competitive.
Our tutor, Rebecca A., has been excellent. Kids work well with her and are progressing very well. Very pleased so far. Thanks!

Took online guitar classes with the NYC branch and it was amazing. I progressed a lot with my guitar playing and feel a lot more confident playing in front of people now. The tutor was super nice and patient throughout the sessions. Highly recommend :)

Dear MuseCool Team,

Thank you for your response. I have reviewed your email alongside the Terms and Conditions published on your own platform, and your statement that “refunds are processed at the end of term” is entirely inconsistent with your written policy.

Your Terms and Conditions clearly state:

“All unused balances are refundable upon request for up to 90 days from the date when the payment was made.”

There is no mention of refunds being held until the end of term. This means your delay in processing my £250 refund is not only unjustified, but also a breach of your own contractual terms.

It has now been several weeks since I was assured the refund would be processed “as soon as possible.” Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received neither the funds nor any response to my calls or emails. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I also find it concerning that positive reviews appear to have been posted by your own employees on Google and Trustpilot, creating a misleading impression of reliability while genuine customer complaints remain unresolved.

Please treat this as a final request for immediate refund of £250. If I do not receive confirmation of refund initiation within five (5) working days, I will escalate this matter to:

Trading Standards for breach of consumer protection regulations,

My bank’s dispute department for chargeback processing, and

Trustpilot, to include documented evidence of misleading communication.

I expect written confirmation once the refund is processed, including the payment reference and expected date of receipt.

I bought the package of 4 lessons. When my daughter did not want to continue after the first lesson no refund has been given. I have raised this with my bank and to the various organisations they say they are offiliated with on their website. Petru Cotarcea has created this lie. It's a sham.

The teachers are very competent and they teach very worming but profegsional. I am impressed about their pacient during lessons with my mistakes. I progressing to study guitar and I became more confident when I playing in front og my family and friends. I recommend Musecool music school for all who want to study serious a musical instrument.

I’ve been to a couple of MuseCool events with my young one and they were just lovely. The atmosphere is so warm and cheerful, and the kids looked genuinely happy the whole time. It was great seeing them laughing, playing, and really enjoying the music.

I’m always blown away by what this school manages to make happen. The end-of-term concerts (at the Royal Academy of Music, no less!) are a real highlight for me, full of talent, energy, and genuine joy. What I love most is how many opportunities the students get to grow and try new things, all while being supported in such an ambitious, innovative and encouraging environment by a team who are doing everything they can to open doors for young peoples music education.

The outreach work they do for the wider public shows how much they care about sharing music with everyone, and I couldn't recommend getting involved more, whether as a tutor or a student, a parent or a professional musician. Can't wait to see what Musecool achieve next!
