Scam, dont buy

I order some chocolates from them. It was successful but it took more time to arrive than expected . The amazing thing is , they deliver exactly what you ordered and that’s good for business. The polite manner in which they answer you when you write them is also okay by me. But they have to respect their delivery time . Thanks

Lost £170. Wish I'd of seen these reviews before stupidly placing an order with them. Like others, all straight forward until paid then they go silent on you. Now realising on the website you can't even click on their terms & conditions. Complete scam. Needs to be shut down

A scam - v annoying. All seems straight forward but they even add a huge ‘insurance’ payment. Once received you’ll hear no more from them

Total scammers! They took my money and nothing was sent to this day! I ordered on 31st May and they said 3-4 days delivery and today its 9th June and nothing! I've made a Paypal transfer and I've already notified paypal about this! They won't reply back to me on their live chat let alone on email which its not even real amd the WhatsApp number doesnt even exist pr their phone number! I've tried from another device and said I have a question and guess what they've quickly answered but when I told them I have an order with them they went quiet!!!

Took my money , wanted it paid by bank transfer,
red flag there then wanted another £89 as an insurance fee, which they said would be refunded when I got my delivery then! I cancelled the order and asked to be refunded, that's the last I ever herd from them after I gave them my bank details!!
Lost £200.
My bank is trying to help but not hopeful at all 😢😢😢
