No usar esta plataforma. Se quedan con tus regalías, no pagan. Te marean pidiendo que les mandes factura y tus datos y después no vuelven a responderte.
Quieres quitar tu trabajo de esa compañía y te piden más de 2000€ por ello. Son unos ladrones. Se quedan tu trabajo y tu dinero. NO USAR. SON UNOS LADRONES!!

un service réactif claire et qui répond rapidement par mail grâce à eux j'ai pu modifier la date de ma sortie récupérer mon compte artiste sur Spotify et modifier ma pochette un service de qualité à des prêtres actifs je recommande.

Sitôt inscris tout de suite contacté par téléphone. Mike, de MD, très sympathique, sait créer un lien avec le compositeur. On ne regrette pas les chatbots ! Si les distributeurs font en gros le même boulot ( avec des services & des tarifications légèrement différents) en ce qui concerne la promotion de MD, la langue de bois informatique n'est pas de mise concernant les royalties générées par le travail du compositeur et leur travail de promo ! En clair on n'a pas la désagréable impression de payer pour composer mais d'être sur du gagnant-gagnant : Cool !.

Pour l instant je débute chez Md par conséquent je peux juste affirmer que le suivi, la facilité à être en contact avec le service client, l’ergonomie du site, le choix des options, il y en a pour tout le monde, et les prix sont abordable pour les petits budget.

Decided to try and sign up for this service. The website is a mess, language has not been properly reviewed and signing up for the platinum service is a bit of a nightmare. Went all the way through registering many tracks, got to the cart to find that the prices were all incorrect. Tried getting support, but just like Amazon this company can't be bothered to answer the question being asked. They had no idea about what taxes were applicable and their end cart before payment states "estimated taxes." When I asked them to clarify everything they just kept sending me round in a loop. This company offers a great deal, but if they can't get the basics right; then there's no way they deserve my money. How could I possibly trust them to account and pay correctly if they can't even get the basic shopping cart correct!

After 15 emails back and forth with their customer support and then deleting all of my track inputs, MIKE offered to provide the platinum option for free for one year (I did not aske for this, by the way and never had an issue paying the $30). Whilst sceptical, I contacted him and said that I would give it one more try to see how good this service would be. I also stated that I would look to amend this review once I was sure that the service had improved. However, I was then met with a barrage of messages stating that his company didn't deserve this rating, that I was scamming them and I was generally being dishonest. On more than one occasion I asked him to delete the account, but he still came back for more. I have never met a company like this before and I definitely stick by my original review. BUYER BEWARE. If other buyers have had a great experience, that's fine; but I can only judge by the terrible experience I've had and there is no way I would be able to trust their competence in dealing with my music distribution affairs on my behalf. I will be going elsewhere.

They always answer emails pretty quick so it's good to now that there is a customer service and we are not left on our own (because sometimes it's a bit hard to understand how the website works ) I was happy that they changed my visual with no extra costs.
