Music Plaza always packs items so well that they never arrived damaged. The one time I had an item arrive less than perfect, they had me email a photo and they promptly sent me a new one. I believe the damage happened before it ever left the factory, so it wasn’t MP’s fault. The customer service is excellent, they are always very friendly and helpful. I have been purchasing from them for close to 10 years and have never had any issues. I’m always confident my purchase will arrive in pristine condition.

This company will mess up your order and refuse to make it right. They are liars and thieves. When you call them out on it, they have the audacity to blame you for it. They are complete imbeciles because they will admit fault then backtrack later and lie when they realized how badly they screwed up. Contact their state's Attorney General Office and report them for fraudulent business practices. I have ordered from them previously multiple times without issue, but my last order was a complete mess. They have incompetent imbeciles working there. I won't be ordering from them ever again. They have horrible customer service. You have been warned.

It was so great shipping was fast and none of my albums were damaged and it was wrapped in bubble wrap i will be buying from here again.

I ordered a lightstick from them and it was official and packaged very safely! Sure, they're expensive, but if you guys are willing to pay the extra buck for quality and official merchandise, I would definitely suggest music plaza over the risk of getting a fake lightstick/broken one
