Selon reportazienda.it, l'entreprise a un an d'existence et un employé.
De plus, l'historique des recettes indique qu'aucune recette n'a été enregistrée jusqu'à présent.

Selon google maps via street view, cette adresse n'a pas de magasin physique.

L'Entreprise Smartteck SRLS gère Bycicle.net pour les vélos et accessoires, PCScan.eu pour l'informatique,
et Musitec.net pour les instruments de musique:

toutes ces boutiques sont des scams !

Musitec.net n'accepte que les paiements par virement bancaire, avec de faux retards de livraison.
De plus la commande doit être de 150 euros minimum pour être validée.

Les produits ne sont pas disponibles mais affichés comme disponibles sur leur site.
Les expéditions sont constamment retardées de plusieurs semaines sans explication.

Après avoir reçu le paiement du client, musitec.net ne répond plus aux emails
et demandes de remboursement après les premiers retards.

Ja nichts bestellen.
Eine professionelle Verbrecherorganisation wie es bei italienern bekannt ist.

Ich habe ein Saxophon- Mundstück am 20.10.2024 gekauft. Das Mundstück war laut Webseite verfügbar, somit habe ich mich entschlossen es zu kaufen. Irgendetwas ist jedoch während dem Bezahlvorgang passiert: auf einmal konnte ich nur noch per Vorkasse und Banküberweisung bezahlen. das habe ich auch gemacht, da ich nur gute Bewertungen über musitec gelesen habe. Als das Mundstück nicht ankam habe ich dann nachgeschaut: Das Kundenkonto, welches ich angelegt habe war plötzlich verschwunden, das Mundstück habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfragen wird der Liefertermin immer wieder verschoben. Liefertermin waren: 20.10.sofort, dann 11.11., dann 02.12. und nun wurde nochmals verschoben auf den 23.12.
Ich wollte vom Vertrag zurücktreten, das hat musitec jedoch nicht zugelassen.
Für mich ist das einfach Betrug! Ich warte noch bis 23.12. und werde mich dann an meinen Rechtsanwalt wenden. Musitec? NIE WIEDER !!!

It appears that Musitec/ Smarttek SRLS is a scam!! I ordered a product which is no longer in production but they claimed to have one in stock on their webshop and after the payment they gave me the message that the item is backordered, and that the shipping is delayed with 2 weeks. They delayed it every 2 weeks for a period of 2 months while I insisted on a refund directly after the first delay. They don't respond to my emails and questions anymore
Don't buy or order your gear here!!!

BEWARE!

This appears to be a scam website. They only accept payment by bank transfer which does not have the same consumer protection as a card transaction, the company they claim to be part of, SMARTTEK SRLS, does not exist with this spelling and the prices appear to be too good to be true.

There are a couple of five star reviews here from Italy (where this scam is based) but I suspect the only real customer reviews are the one star ones.
