Completely ignoring my emails and


Completely ignoring my emails and messages on the their website, no way to get hold them. They sent me an email to say they can’t run the campaign on my songs genre of music so they offered to run the campaign on a different song or a refund. I gave them an option of 2 more songs or a refund if they can’t do it and they’ve ignored my emails for over 2 months, definitely avoid them

At the time, we faced an unexpected spike in orders and, unfortunately, some clients—including yourself—experienced delays and a lack of proper communication. We truly regret that.

We did explore running a campaign with the alternative songs you provided, but due to the challenges of promoting drum & bass and a really fast paced song within our network, we weren’t able to find a suitable fit. That’s why we issued a full refund—to make things right as best we could.

We're working hard to improve both our communication and our ability to support more genres moving forward.

DO NOT USE MUSZILLA

My manager referred me to this company, he (THOUGHT) it was good. I run 2 campaigns and haven’t had any responses on either. Radio silence, it’s like they took my money and ran? I understand if maybe campaigns don’t go as planned but this company NEEDS to communicate that. I’m waiting for my refund that they offer. Please stay away from this unresponsive company.

When I first used it it was good

When I first used it it was good. So as I ordered another promo, no emails, I’ve paid them on September 2nd and I still didn’t see no results. They told me that the song didn’t fit it’s either switch the song or request a refund. I switched the song which sounded weird but I did, waiting 5 more days, sent emails,no response and now after I emailed them like 10 times they answer back stating that I gotta change that song too because they can’t find a fit? So I’m done with them. I’d requested a refund and that’s that. Stay away I’m telling you.

We are glad to hear that your first experience with us was good.

About the second one, we really tried finding a match for your music, but were not able to do it. Sometimes playlist curators do not find suitable some songs for their playlists and the final decision is always on them. That's why we always offer the chance to try with a few different songs.

As you already know and as per our policy of 'free of charge refund', we've already initiated the refund for you.

Either way, we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you find the promotion and exposure you are looking for.

Service is misleading

Service is misleading, I’ve purchased Spotify placement two weeks ago and have yet to receive results. I reached out to them by the email provided and no one has gotten back to me. Money lost but it’s ok, I highly recommend reporting this service, it seems to me their just taking money.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our service. First of all, the email you sent us arrived the same day you left this review here. And we've already answered it.

As per your campaign, as we informed you in your email, unfortunately your song was not a match for any of the curators playlists. And that's why we took extra time looking for a potential match for your music. As we did not, in this email we gave you the option either to try with another song or refund your money back with no extra charges.
Either way, we apologize for the inconvenience. But, we do prefer to only deliver our services if we are sure that the results will be proper and optimal for our clients. I hope you can understand this point as it is very important for us.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you soon so we can proceed either with the other promotion or the refund.

These folks are legit! The campaign was working so well I purchased another one before my first one expired. One of the best companies Ive found.
