WORST APP. NOT SHOWING BALANCE AMOUNT TO BE PAID. NEITHER ABLE TO PAY THE FULL CUSTOM AMOUNT OF TOP UP LOAN. WORST EXPERIENCE, THEY ASK US TO VISIT BRANCH TO CLOSE TOP UP LOAN ACCOUNT.

We have taken gold loan from the Muthoot finance Zirakpur branch but not happy with the service at the time of closing it, it’s full of hassles while closing there loan, i am fully aware that they don’t want to lose there client and wants more revenue for their company but this is not fare, getting loan from them very easy but closing them it’s full of issues, they must have good services, Manmohan Singh

Last year I took a personal loan from muthoot finance and the emi was directly taken from the bank account evwnthough there was cash in the account they didnt took the amount on the date and requested to pay through direct transsction and i made it 3,4 times the same issue came and when i complained they were neglecting it and last i closed the loan completely .but ir seriously affected my cibil .such an irresponsible team members are there .

I had a terrible experience with Muthoot Finance and want to alert others.

I applied for a loan and got approval, but the person who assisted with the documentation forged my bank details and got the disbursed loan amount transferred to another account. Despite multiple email follow-ups with Muthoot Finance, I have not received any response or resolution from their team.[2 month and counting..]

This is a serious case of financial fraud. The inaction and lack of accountability from Muthoot is shocking. I have now escalated the issue to the RBI Ombudsman and am preparing to file a case with the Consumer Court.

As a responsible citizen, I urge others to be cautious while dealing with Muthoot Finance and to verify all processes carefully. Their failure to respond shows a clear lack of responsibility and customer support.

Dear Friends be careful dealing personal loan with this company. While processing the loan application their representative informed that the ROI of personal loan is max 18% he also informed that he will try reduce ROI further. He also informed that the 3.5% will be charged as processing fee no other charges. I agreed to proceed with the application again on the day of processing the application he called and informed that around 1000/- rupees will be charged for insurance. I said it is ok since they will deduct around 4500/- from the principal amount. After processing the application they have credited the amount to my account around 95000/- and over and above they have added extra 6000/- rupees in my principal amount. Total for 1 lakh loan they have charged me around 12000/- total 12% of loan amount and instead of 18% RoI they are charging 32%. When write a mail to their customer care and other escalation mail IDs they are responding and their customer care email ID is bouncing back and when call to customer care number they are not responding nor they will reply. Hence friends I am cautioning you about this company which is cheating public people and charging around 50% of loan as interest and processing fee and other charges. I have sent around 10 to 15 emails they are not bothering and they will not try to respond my email.

I am unable to call them and they are easily contacting and offering loans. For adding nominee their staff charged 1000 cash and I asked for receipt of that charge the staff told i will get that in WhatsApp and there is no any message from them. They fooled me. The interest and charges are not acceptable. 1 lakh loan partial payment of 40000 is done and till now 13459 interest is paid. First of all I can't reach them on call. Worst support. Even I am not getting reply on mails.

At beginning they took less interest, and every year they increasing it, Now they are charging 24% per annum interest, which is not less than that we get from local people. Such a greedy finance service it is.
