Mutual Media レビュー

I have worked with Mutual Media for many years because they always deliver, no deadline is too short and their design and print is of the highest quality. Nothing is too much trouble. I see them as an extension of my team because they provide such valuable input into our many projects. While the entire Mutual team are great... I must make special mention of their production manager, Jamie Dedman, who is possibly the most organised and efficient person I have ever met. He even manages to keep me on track with my projects by providing gentle nudges! Fiona Brunning, Corporate Affairs Manager, Harwich Haven Authority

A fantastic business in every sense, very helpful staff, nothing ever too much trouble, great products, wonderful service all round, fast and efficient, plus great value.

Since working with Mutual Media in June 2020 they have consistently gone above and beyond with the various projects they have worked on.
Their attention to detail and experienced members of staff ensure that their work is of a high standard and always delivered on time!

Excellent communication - I was kept informed throughout and things were raised with me rather than pressing ahead and a problem occurring later. A refreshing level of customer service and very happy to recommend.

Excellent service once more from Mutual Media, from ordering, proofing to dispatch.
A high quality product with great attention to detail and something important to me... brilliant customer service. Next day delivery and I even got a call to ensure they had arrived. Thank you.

Mutual Media provided me with that personal touch and reassurance when ordering a product that was new to me. After ironing out a teething issue, they bent over backwards to get it to me in time and even hand delivered them to keep to the promised delivery schedule.
This is when choosing a smaller independent company over the larger online companies really pays off.
I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for high quality printing from a company who truly cares.

We are a local company that approached mutual media with a packaging problem. They bent over backwards for us from the the start. They swiftly fixed our problem with some expert advice from Peter and Lynn. We had a tight budget and fortunately mutual media were able to work with us on a small budget and MOQ. I cannot recommend mutual media enough and we will continue to use their services.

Thank you to the team at Mutual Media for the fantastic logo design that you turned around so quickly! Also the sameday printing of our urgent fliers that once again saved the day for us. Awesome customer service, thank you so much well above our expectations again!

The team at Mutual Media are not only friendly, efficient and extremely professional, but they also have an exceptional eye for detail.

We recently had some outer packaging printed and the original net that we had designed elsewhere was sized incorrectly... it was Mutual Media who picked this up, even when their job was only to print what we gave them. The finish on the packaging is exceptional!

Kristian and Peter, along with the rest of the team are a pleasure to work with.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team. Quick response and competitively priced.

Wow.
As a small healthcare company we were looking for Christmas cards to bring smiles to clients and staff. Mutual Media have been amazing, they were more than helpful, asked questions and fully understood what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and they were so efficient the whole process took less than a week.
Very competitive prices and excellent quality.
The service was exceptional. Thank you Mutual Media

I've know Kristian for some time now but this is the first opportunity i've had to utilise his services.
There is no hard sales tactics just a genuine interest in your business and how Mutual Media can add value.
The service from order to deliver was first class.

We engaged MM to provide us with a logo and some marketing material. Lynn made time for us, a number of changes and nothing was any bother. We were really well managed throughout the quote process by Kristian, and we were delighted with the output as well! No hesitate in recommending, and we will definitely be using them again.

Thanks again for the fantastic service and turnaround on our latest project. Peter and the team never leave anything to chance and are the go to company for all of our packaging, marketing and promotional material needs.
As global licensee for Bentley Motors Golf, quality and attention to detail cannot be left to chance. I cannot recommend Mutual Media highly enough.

From start to finish communication was good and Jamie was very helpful. We are very pleased with the design and the delivery was prompt.

Excellent service from Mutual Media. We’ve used them on a number of occasions. I’d urge anyone who is looking for printing and logo or websites to give them a try. Yes you can go online but Mutual give amazing value and the support you get from the team is second to none you won’t get the service online. They have a can do attitude and will work late to complete any deadline you have.

We dont print a lot, but we have 1 big project every year where we send out over 1000 certificates to our customers. Mutual media manage the whole process. We supply designs and data, they do the rest.

We've never had any complaints & everything arrives on time and in great quality.

We literally don't see anything until our customers receive them, so a lot of trust is involved.

MM haver managed this process for approx 5 years without hiccup.

We have a commercial relationship with guys but it’s more like a partnership. They act as if our business is their business and you can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and easy to get what you want. I highly recommend this service to anybody who is trying to get a business idea across without knowing entirely what you want in the first place.

fab service and fantastic people quick and easy will uses every time will definitely recommend xx
