I was absolutely happy with my purchase…except for the shipping company !
I was absolutely happy with my purchase of the Rockboard 5.3. The only thing I wasn't absolutely happy with was the shipping company to Belgium, I think it was DPD... They just dropped off the package at my front door, without ringing the doorbell or leaving a note, and I'm very shure about this because at the moment I was at home. It was a package worth of 360€.....so to just leave on the street in front of my door is NOT OK !

My package has not been delivered
My package has not been delivered, even though the courier states that it has. Although I submitted a complaint form, no one has followed up on the issue yet.
