Wasn’t aware that the parcel would be shipped from Eastern Europe but the shipping worked well given the extra distance and time. The Sire H7v is very good except it has significant fret sprout with sharp edges catching the left hand during playing.

Great overall experience. Nice touch giving a free UK adapter as the power was European. Would buy again for sure.

Records came from a bit of a distance but arrived quickly and well packaged. Been looking for this for a while, so more than happy with this purchase!

Lp and dvd arrived on time in good condition the only down side was that it cost as much to post it so wasn't really a bargain didn't realise the price of postage till it all went through

Muziker had great prices (discounts) and the delivery to the UK went exactly as communicated. Very happy with the whole process.

Subwoofer arrived on the expected date and customer service was very responsive. The sub sounds great too

I was after some particular products for sending to the UK. Muziker had the items at a good enough price and the promise that they knew how to ship to the UK. Luck would have it that they had some other items I was thinking of getting at very good prices, almost enough to make the high (almost £30) shipping cost to the UK be factored out.

The website and its functionality is excellent. Only 2 things were annoying.

1) UPS did not collect the parcel until 4 days after they first recorded that they had it, but rather tracked what was supposed to happen until my delivery date past, then they figured out they didn't have the parcel after all.

2) The parcels were not well packaged. The items themselves were quite robust things so did not get damaged but the inner box of one item was destroyed. I was pleased that other loose items were bagged before being put inside a large box, but the box had several holes in it before I got it, almost entirely open at one end such that even the back could've fallen out given a few more days in a courier network.

4 stars reflects that everything went OK in the end, but it was too close for comfort on the packaging score. I did mix 2 really heavy items up with bits and bobs in the order, so for small things I'm sure Muziker would be OK, but then again small things tend to be cheap meaning the high shipping costs would be a barrier vs going elsewhere.

Muziker will now be on my list of places to try in future now I know what to expect, but they're not at Thomann or Bax Music level with regard to packaging and shipping efficiency to the UK. They also don't have a free returns shipping service like Thomann and Bax Music do.

Smooth easy transaction with helpful communication via website. I am a UK customer and all went very well. Would certainly use again, many thanks.

The Muziker Web site is well designed and easy to use.
I got a mail when my order was processed with a link to UPS for tracking the package. The package arrived in good time.
All pretty standard for a good supplier but not all suppliers are good.

Considering the goods ordered came from Europe, more travelled than me, it was delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Cost of the goods VERY good, shame the delivery charge was high but, under the circumstances, unavoidable. Ultimately well pleased.

Swift delivery, great price and good customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Steer clear of Muziker.
They only accept debit (not credit) card payments, so you have to effectively pay for your goods upfront.
I ordered a golf bag to be delivered to the UK on 22nd Sept. After taking payment immediately, Muziker sent me the shipping details for their courier, UPS. My delivery was supposed to arrive on 30th Sept, but it still has not arrived (as of 3rd October). Both Muziker and UPS have been next to useless in locating my order and confirming when it will arrive. I haven't received a refund and would avoid at all costs.
