One of the best customer service experience I've had
The item had QC issues, so I had to return it. The interaction with customer service was the best part of an otherwise stressful situation.
The response time was instant and all CS specialists were friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth.
Because of that, I have no complaints even though the item was faulty. After checking other online shops, I found that QC issues were common across other items from the same manufacturer, so this was not Muziker's fault.

The bassguitar that I purchased has some small issues which could have been prevented before shipping. Not that I am not happy with the instrument but itâs a bit irritating that I have to go to a luthier to fix the issues before having fun.

Wrong items delivered - Guns N'Roses vinyls instead of double pedal, kick-tower
I received incorrect items. I ordered a double bass pedal, kick tower, Alesis mount, jack adapter, and an electronics mounting stand, but instead I received several Guns N' Roses vinyl records. The parcel was addressed to me and marked as 1/1, so there was no indication at the time of delivery that something was wrong. I have already submitted a claim, but based on other reviews, it seems I am not the only one experiencing this type of issue, and I do not see clear confirmation that such cases are being properly resolved. Instead of addressing the problem, I was asked to print and sign a complaint for the delivery service. This does not make sense, as my purchase agreement is with the shop, not with the courier. I paid for specific items, but did not receive them. I also recorded the unboxing, which clearly shows the incorrect contents. Additionally, I tried to contact support by phone during working hours, but no one answered. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further.
