I ordered 3 items. One had shipping damage. The company asked for photos, and a replacement is being sent.

What I didn't like is false advertising of this handbag. It is clearly not leather, which is what I thought I was buying. I would never wear this bag, I have since donated it. However when I wrote to complain about the synthetic materials and the false advertising, I was pleasantly surprised at the response. You clearly admitted the bag is not genuine leather and agreed to refund my money.

Loved the packaging of the purse. Lots of nice convenient pockets and very soft leather. Love the purse.

The bag was described as a Hobo bag. However, it is not a Hobo bag as it has a hard bottom. The advertisement led me to believe it was to be shipped in the USA. The notifications were great. For true leather, it is too shiny. The only think I do like is the extra pockets.

I’m sorry the shape and finish of the bag weren’t quite what you expected. As each bag is finished by hand, there can be slight variations in how the Hobo shape settles and looks from one piece to another.

After receiving my bag I realized it was way to small for my needs. Also, I never received the initial keychain. When I inquired about returning the bag you tried to offer me a partial credit to return the bag. I did not feel this was right, said something and then you refunded me the total amount as well as telling me to keep the bag . Although, that is excellent customer service, I only wanted to return the bag.i do appreciate allowing me to keep the bag and will regift it to my granddaughter
