The guy who submitted the 5-star review below me regarding Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos is a bold-faced liar and I’m assuming works for MVPs.com

The event was not well organized under any circumstances. The event was scheduled to start at 5pm. A few days before that they changed it 6:30. On the day of, I arrived at the venue at 6:15 and we queued on the sidewalk. The two signers did not bother to show up until 8:15-8:30. After another hour I got inside and they decided to take a break.

The staff were blatantly unprofessional and rude. One nasty woman was speaking down to us the entire time and acted as though she owned the New York City sidewalk we were lined up on. One other guy was being aggressive with another guest towards the front of the line.

The signers did not take their time at all with the customers, all of whom paid $1000+ to attend and expected a quality experience. We spent maybe 5-10 seconds with each guest, during which time Roberto Carlos defaced my item by scribbling in sharpie in 4 different places, Ronaldo then bent my item (probably unintentionally in fairness). Neither of the signers obliged my request to use the pen I brought with me, just a cheap sharpie. We had to navigate 5 or 6 people standing in one small area two of whom we gave our phones to so they could take a few bad pictures of us looking away from the camera. Then they pushed us out of the area and into the main part of the venue where we were promptly told to leave because “the restaurant did not want us there.”

This is how this company treats paying customers. Terrible organization, no respect for you as a customer and even less respect and consideration for your time. For $1000 (many paid much more) we should have at least been shown a quality experience and received quality items back. My items are garbage now and I have no desire to keep them, much less display them.

Worst experience of any promoter I’ve ever dealt with and I can safely say I’ll never purchase from this joke of a company ever again.

Meeting Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos was truly a dream come true. The event was well organized, the staff was professional and welcoming, and everything ran smoothly. Both legends were friendly, took their time with fans, and made the experience unforgettable.
This is easily one of the best sports memorabilia events I have ever attended. I left with memories that will last a lifetime, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
Thank you to everyone at MVPs for putting together such a fantastic event. I would absolutely attend another event in the future and highly recommend it to any football fan.

I bought the Mystery Memorabilia Box: Signed Soccer Jersey World Cup Edition. And got a player who is not playing the world cup because he is too bad to be in the squad... So they sell if for such a high price and he is not even in this theme of the mystery box. Absolute a big big big scam

There are fees that you are not told about when buying the shirt, i had to pay £115 to fedex and £30 to mvps for delivery to the UK. The mystery box is not worth what it costs unless you get one of the handful players available. Only positive is that delivery is not too long

Website to avoid.

I ordered a jersey that I never received. At first, the site hid behind FedEx’s incorrect tracking information. But once FedEx confirmed that the package had not been delivered to the correct address, the site still refused to refund me, despite French law clearly stating that the seller is responsible in this kind of situation.

On top of that, they even refused to reach an agreement despite repeated follow-ups from PayPal, which was supposed to guarantee the purchase.

In short, this is an unreliable website that takes advantage of the international context to avoid fulfilling its obligations. By the way, the prices displayed are not the actual prices charged. They constantly create a false sense of urgency with temporary discounts, and for those lucky enough to receive their package, they will also have to pay customs duties that nobody mentions beforehand.

I strongly advise against using this site and encourage you to choose European-based websites instead.

I bought a signed Ronaldo jersey from MVPs and it arrived really quickly and in excellent condition. It was a gift for my brother and he loved it - it came framed (I paid for this) and was exactly as advertised on the website. 5 stars.
