I got in touch with Vincent regarding selling a watch and from the start he was very professional and responded to my queries promptly. He offered me a fair market price for the value of the watch. I was paid out the same day for selling a watch with MVS Watches. From the outset of reaching out to Vincent to discuss the possibility of a trade in against an IWC watch, right thru to receiving the watch itself, he was helpful, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. This is the 2nd time I have used MVS to purchase a watch, Vincent has been a pleasure to deal with and the Tag Monaco Gulf X was better then described. Even went last minute to post the watch literally 5 minutes after monies paid so I could have it before the weekend. No hesitation to use a 3rd time if the opportunity arose.

Black Bay Ceramic - Fantastic Seller
I bought a nearly new tudor black bay ceramic from MVS Watches. Vincent was polite and helpful, delivery was quick, the watch is flawless and he followed up to make sure I was happy with it.

A great online purchasing experience. Vincent of MVS went above and beyond to reassure me when a problem occurred with payment (my fault) The Jaeger Le Coutre was delivered the next day extremely well packaged for safe delivery. The watch is exactly as described and great value for the price paid.

Great customer service from a genuine dealer
Contacted MVS watches and Vincent responded quickly despite it being a weekend. He was able to answer all my questions and provide pictures and a video. Purchased Monday and arrived Tuesday all well packaged and a follow up to ensure everything was ok. Overall a great buying experience and I would certainly use MVS again.
