Well explained about the company and what they offered. Good rates. Easy to get up and running with the company. Pleased with results as we have card machines that work quicker than our old companies ones which is great for our shop environment

Had a great experience. Thanks Brenton
Had a great experience with modern world, upgraded by existing terminal from another provider which wasn't working like it should have been. I got recommended by a customer of mine which I'm glad I did. Saving me a heap of money in fees plus the communication and set up was flawless. Love all the new functions and app for my terminal. Thanks Brenton and Nadia for getting this done so quick.

From start until delivery
From start until delivery, I was both kept in the loop, and given several curtesy calls. Once delivered, the follow up was second to non, with assurances that if I needed any help, it was merely at the end of the phone. Exellent product, very well constructed. Many thanks, Guys.

Terminal and Payment Gateway
Our terminal contract was approaching it's end date and needed to add a payment gateway on the next contract. Sales manager Ishy guided me through the options providing me the information needed to make an informed decision. Once signed, there was great communication from Ishy on the set up process which was followed throughout without any issues.
